Ariel brought my order out, asked if I could get more ranch, she said sure I’ll be right back. Seen her go to two other cars, one of the cars she back to them three times, and never brought my ranch. Literally had to wait 8 minutes just for more ranch. I guess my $2 wasn’t enough for her to come back and bring me more ranch. So disappointed in her, because she’s actually super sweet, but that was unacceptable. I’ve been a manager at sonic before so I know how things run there, and how easy it is to run in and grab more ranch, but apparently she wasn’t able to do it, because I had to call back and someone else had to bring it out to me. This is my favorite sonic to go to, because they actually know how to make cheddar peppers without burning them, but looks like I’ll have to find a new one to go to.
As Sonics go this one is pretty good, no problems but everything does have that " Sonic " flavor.Update!Yep, still the same as ever. 04/16/2022

As usual fast friendly great service the food was hot tasted great and the employees always seem to smile, and that goes a long way

Sonic was open when every place besides taco bell was closed. Great food.
Yuck. The burger tastes like the tots and the dr.pepper tastes like the fries. It all tastes the same. Weird
The online description of this Sonic store states that they deliver. THAT IS INCORRECT !!!!! THEY DO NOT DELIVER !!!!! THEIR FOOD IS DELIVERED VIA DOOR DASH. I only live 2 blocks from the Sonic, I have NO TRANSPORTATION. I called the store, explained that I did not have transportation, how close I was to their store, that I had CASH but no $$$ in my bank account. I also stated that I would TIP VERY WELL if someone could bring food to my home. THE SMART ALECK PERSON ANSWERING THE PHONE TOLD ME THAT WAS NOT IN THEIR JOB DESCRIPTION. GUESS THEY DID NOT WANT MY BUSINESS OR A NICE TIP !!!!!
This is the worst sonic there is! I told the woman through the speaker as clearly as I could what me and my husband wanted and she told me to repeat myself 3 times and then I literally had to scream into the speaker just to be heard! It’s like she didn’t speak a word of English. To make matters worse it said someone was headed our way with our order and a half hour later we waited no one came out! Ever!! So we had no choice but to leave. Even a car that was there before us didn’t get waited on. They lost our business, unfortunately.
First stop when we're out and about. Got to have a Sonic drink.
