I placed an order online this evening (6-19-2022) for carry-out so my husband could pick it up on his way home from work. When I took my second bite out of my first slice, there was a piece of long hair baked INTO the pizza. I immediately got the hair out of my mouth, and grabbed the receipt to call the store. My husband called, and got thrown around from person to person, never being able to talk to the correct person. Finally he called the corporate number. The lady was helpful, but she didn't offer money back, or offer to replace the order. We had to request our money back. She said that once their "investigation" is complete within 48 hours, someone would give us a call to let us know the status.. Needless to say, we're very unhappy and don't plan to order here again. I went to this location tonight for my daughter's birthday. It was honestly the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. There is 1 server. We had 15 people. When we went in he told us to sit anywhere. I explained we had 15 people. He said you can move tables around..... Ummm ok. We set up the tables. 10 minutes later he came over to take our drink order. (There were no other customers) almost 15 minutes after that he started bringing out drinks 2 at a time. Ended up forgetting 2 drinks. We ordered the pizzas. He comes back 20 minutes later to tell us they don't have enough deep dish dough for half of the pizzas we ordered. So we changed them to medium instead of large. I ordered 1 special pizza because I can't eat tomato sauce. The pizzas started coming out 1 at a time for almost an hour, then I was informed (90 minutes in to this fiasco) that my pizza was dropped and they don't have anymore deep dish dough left at all. They can make more but it had to proof for a hour or something. At this point I have not eaten anything. So I asked for a hand tossed. Over 2 hours for pizza is ridiculous. I understand we had a large group but still this was just horrible. I can't say I will ever eat at Pizza Hut again.
Well, the pizza was good but the service was lacking. We had to wait for the only employee there other than the cook to do his phone orders and carry outs and that took awhile, they don't serve alcohol so my friend wasn't able to get a beer with his meal when he asked, and then our waiter said he was leaving and brought our to go boxes when there was still 30 minutes left till closing. But the pizza was good and cooked right.
Every time we have ordered delivery, the drivers are super nice and sweet. The pizza order is always correct. Thanks for helping this tired mom on nights I don’t want to cook!
Ordered pizza to carryout with cinnamon rolls. On arrival to the store I was told my pizza is ready but not the cinnamon rolls. So I was told they just put them in the oven therefore fifteen minutes later i had cold pizza with warm desert. I can do that at home.....
I just called at 8 pm to order a pizza for dinner, and I was surprised to hear from the employee, that the restaurant was closing, right after I told him it was for delivery. I guess if you live on the east end of Morton st, in the housing authority area. Just make sure you don't make an order at night.
The crust on my pizza was burned, and the pizza was was smaller than expected. I Love pizza hut. It is the only pizza that I have truly been loyal to for over 30 years. This last order was very disappointing.
We love our simple pizza, but this time it was bland, lacked toppings, and was burned too much.We're pretty regular on having a quick meal, but this Pizza Hut left a lot to be desired.
The food was hot and delicious and came out as expected. The Delivery was quick and service was decent.
