The food was hot, fresh and on point! Best I've had in a long time!
Terrible service Emily that's what her name tag said was rude they looked busy but sorry that's not our fault she was slamming the food while she asked what We wanted alot of times she repeat the same question even if we had already answered we got the family meal in the last choice she tossed the spoon back in the food thank God there is glass around the food if not that would've splashed on our faces she then at the end asked "do you need soy sauces!!!?like 3times (back to back)all rude to me and my husband. I said no and guess what I got alot of f soy sauce ?. I'm sorry but if you are in repeat mode you need to turn it off it shows you are not interested at all in your customer and shows no respect. If you need a vacation totally take it.
Pros: clean and no wait.Cons: lacking in customer service. Young boys working not especially accommodating. Completely out of napkins. Had to go to men's room to get paper towels. Completely out of hot mustard which is needed for the bland food. Water dispenser has only carbonated water. Will not eat there again
I've been to Panda Express all over the country, this is literally the worst one. The store manager couldn't even get the same order right twice after making me drive in after a failed delivery,...........and then handed me someone else's order. I guess literally anybody can be a manager these days ...
They literally just don’t pay attention. I asked for sweet and sour at the ordering box they said ask at the window. I ask at the window she repeats it back and throws soy sauce in the bag. I literally only eat their food for the sweet and sour sauce I add on top. I’d rather just have my money back if they can’t even give me a cup of sauce.
Good food last time I got the bigger plate I feel like it was a little less than they usually given their portions of meat
Friendly staff, clean restaurant however they don't have many food options for people with celiac disease. The super greens andd terriaki ckn are really good. The menu does not have allergy information.
