Just had the worst experience ever at this rat-hole I urge everyone to go on down the road management is rude an staff is no better an if you have issues the manager will refuse any information ( unprofessional) an shows favoritism save yourself from a experience like this an go elsewhere that cares more about customers trust me it's worth it.Btw macdonald's I'm sure Sonic appreciated the business you lost if only a small bit but I hope more will choose an support other places that actually treat people right like human beings.
Went through drive through and noticed that some of my order was missing when I returned home. I called and spoke with the manager ( WHO REFUSED TO GIVE ME HIS NAME, which I found odd) . Then when I said how will I know who to speak with about the replacement food he said he didn't have to give me any information and hung up on me . I know it's just Mc Donald's but seriously... REALLY POOR BEHAVIOR FOR A MANAGER! WOULDN'T BE RUNNING MY BUISNESS. . I won't be returning!
Was on my way to get my breakfest as scheduled. But while i was in line at the drive threw i saw a employee tell another costmer to pull to the side and they would have another employee bring it out to him. Well because it was sletting the gentelman politly asked the person in the window since the bad weather was they realy going to make a person walk out to the customers car. Given the fact they could slip trip or fall. He a said he would wait right there ay the window. Well the lady employee got up set and stated oh your just going to be difficult. Few seconds later a manager came to the window loud enogh fore others to here is yor money back do not ever come back. To me that is the worst service i have ever seen. For them to not care for there own employees. Slips,trips and falls are the leading cause of on the job enjurys. Compaired only to automobile wreks. I will never go back to this location. And some one should notify OSHA..
All employees very helpful except one young lady who was extremely rude, uncaring, distrustful, would not answer questions, just acted as if you said nothing. I have never experienced anyone like this at McDonald's.
I did 2 mobile orders on curb side pickup and they almost brought my order to the wrong car and instead of asking me (the only other car) they brought it back inside. So after ANOTHER 10 minutes of waiting, we called and they brought out cold food and a melted frappe, and when I asked about my other order they said it was still being made, despite that order being put in first over 20 minutes ago. It took then another 15 minutes for them to STILL not bring it out. We eventually went through the drive thru only for them to be like “oh I’ll just ring it up and tell them you’ve already paid for it” because they didn’t even have it in the system. I’ve never had this issue before and I’m never doing curb side again
I have no idea If it's the app or just this location as I have never had an issue at any other location, but using the app here is a nightmare. They always say it's not been paid even tho it's already came out of my bank and they try to charge you at the drive through. The first time they said I ordered too soon before showing up. This time I ordered 30 min ahead of time and still the same thing and it said pending on their machine and he tried to charge me and I said no bc I'm not paying double like I did last time once the online payment goes through. So I cancelled the order and went to burger King.
This is by far the fastest mcdonalds I have been to. The longest I believe I've waited was 5 minutes and that was cause I was waiting on 2 other cars in front of me to order so 4 cars ordered before me since they have 2 order lanes. Only 1 time they didn't give me my 2 large fries and didn't do anything for me when I called so thats why I put 4 stars instead of 5 but other than that I haven't had anything missing from my orders nor had to wait very long. I usually go between 12-1pm when I go.
If you ever go through the drive through around midnight make sure you have cash because at 12 they stop taking any cards or apple pay for at least an hour or so while their system reboots.
My experience with McDonald's I've never had a wrong order you've always been respectful the food is very good, they are pretty quick at getting the food to you and ask for my favorite part is the fries they got the best fries, respectful people. ?
Line went quickly. Fries were hot & fresh. Sweet tea was delicious ?P.s. I hate McDonald's, so... There's that bit of context ?♂️
