freckled girl behind the counter obviously doesn’t like her job… my kids asked for extra seasoning on the crazy bread & got a flat “no!”, without any explanation, she just stared blankly at us… awkward af… ok, whatever, I continued ordering & kept feeling rushed, like I was inconveniencing her…in other news…the place looks clean & the food is “as expected”… note! nothing is ever “hot & ready” here, call ahead if you don’t have the time to wait 45 mins for bread or pizza.
Super slow, never ready, dirty clothes, seem to bother them that you came in. Would of gave less stars if possible
05-04-22Went in about 4:15pm, and ordered a thin crust Double Pepperoni, and bread sticks. Cooked while I waited. In and out with no issues. Super kind and efficient ladies working. Thanks Little Caesars!
Still good pizza and the cost has gone up (inflation) but not as much as most restaurants have.
Ordered the cheese Batman pizza online. Had no problem. Pizza was good. Restaurant was empty when I picked up my pizza from the kiosk. Nobody greeted me, but that's fine. Parking lot is full of potholes, but it's not their fault. I would go back.
Came in at 8:45pm on Monday to snag a couple hot and readies and the black guy in the back refused to supply us with pizzas, claiming they were closing early and wouldn’t make any new orders. Turning us away indefinitely. This isn’t the first time your employee turned not just myself but two other potential customers separate from mine. Hate to see y’all miss out on productivity/profit due to the pure lazyness of your evening cook. Perhaps he should go back to school and change careers?Absolutely despicable. Your employee is a disgrace. Especially if he wants to be a lazy associate.
I ordered a pizza with jalapeños on it, lady at front counter give me the jalapeños on the side because she forgot to add them on the pizza, I told her I wanted my pizza made it right, she made us wait 15 more minutes and be mad at us for not doing her job right... as we were waiting outside, she came out and started smoking ?
Love that extra most bestest covered in Parmesan so does my dog ladybug she knows it as Pizza bones
I called Little Caesars this morning at 10:48 a.m. I was immediately put on hold by the African American girl who answered the phone. She had me on hold for 7 minutes and then hung up on me without saying anything at all whatsoever. I returned the call because I was trying to order 8 pizzas for the elementary school lunch . She said okay what do you want ?? She never did apologize for hanging up on me or having me on hold for that long! Absolutely no regard ! I found that to be disrespectful and rude and all the way unprofessional. Ghetto. I do not know her name . We drove straight past that place. I looked at the store there was only one vehicle in front of it so they were not busy whatsoever. We obviously did not stop there, drove right past it to find another pizza place that appreciates customers. We got our pizza order happily and professionally from Papa John's in Denison, TX will continue to order from Poppa John's from now on.
Do not get delivery you'll never see your meal. The manager was nice, and helpful, they made my meal perfectly
