This location always has the RUDEST employees that Denison has to offer. Went through the drive thru tonight and asked for sauce for my order with multiple meals. The gentleman at the window said it was in the bag, in the bag was just two packets of sauce… for 3 meals. So I asked if there was any way I can get a few more packets of sauce…. He rolled his eyes at me and handed me two more. They rarely get you and never tell you to have a nice night. They also don’t repeat back your order at the windows to make sure it’s actually yours. 0/10.

I was employed from Sept 2020 to May 30th 2022.my opinion, this place is NOT an equal opportunity employer. There is racial division. as a white American, I feel that I was not an equal. They can not keep employees a majority are white. 80% of employees are Mexican. They all know English yet speak Spanish amongst themselves, which makes other nationalities uncomfortable. there's racial slurs jokes and comments. They cut people down,there's favoritism. They get paid more. I can do everything in the restaurant yet am paidless.I worked 20 months and had to fight for a raise.themanager was quick to point out my issues yet I've been telling him 20 months the same issues.. yet it kept happening.example: throwing gloves on the floor. there's 5 garbage cans in kitchen yet they continue doing it expecting someone else (me) to pick up.I will not ever eat Atchison jack in the box.Make your own mind up but know this, the manager actually stated, and I quote " customers are not always right"I will keep updating cause I have actually started legal advice on my rights.update. June 6th2 weeks ago wasted I got a raise, which was not on today's check. I'm also missing hours. honestly people this restaurant needs to be closed. people are mistreated, lied to I will not rest till I expose these issues.IF YOU ONLY SAW THE KITCHEN WALK THRU AND PREP AREA YOU WOULD RUN. they don't wash there hands.TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE

I ordered online because I had a big order. I went through the drive-thru and was informed that they don't like to not like online orders to go through the drive-thru that you needed to come inside to pick up your order. When I went inside, nobody even offered to help you, so you have to make extra trips. I would understand this if there was a line, but there was one car in front of me and nobody behind me. They had 1 person waiting in the lobby. They were not very nice about any of it.

Jack has not raised prices as aggressively as our friends at McDonald's. A Jumbo Jack is currently 3.59 a Quarter Pounder with cheese is over 5 bucks. Food cost is almost exactly the same for both, Jack uses better lettuce and puts on tomatoes.

The doors are locked, even though they are obviously open. We have 4 orders but they can only take 2 apparently. They don’t know the difference between a cup of ice and and ice water. ??‍♀️

I live near this jack in the box and have frequently been there. Lately I get their hours changed due to not having employees but when you go during the stated hours and are still not greeted at the drive thru, the window or even by phone and there is also nothing listed saying times are even more reduced than what online says. It would be better if you would at least make the attempt to put the sign on the drive-thru stating that you are closed instead or hiding in the back and not helping customers. Yes I saw someone in the building. Very disappointed with how this business is now being handled and having to drive to the next town for service that I used to get near home.

These people should not even have this place open. Unfortunately they can't even handle any kind of heavy traffic going through there. We just spent an hour over there or close enough to it in this place was absolutely insane. There isn't a jumbo Jack on the planet that's worth that mess.

I have gone through this location at late night hours many times. They are about the only place in Denison you can get a milkshake after 11:20 due to other chains having their machines randomly "stop working".... Due to a job/schedule change, I have been visiting this location specifically 2-3 times per week. As far as I can tell, they have a new guy running the window late nights. He is very stingy with the sauce. Tonight, for my order of 25 (there were only 23 in the box) mini tacos, he told me he put extra ranch in the box. I also ordered some Jalapeno poppers for which I had no sauce because he lied: I only had the one ranch that comes with the 25 taco box. Maybe the guy is the owner of the franchise and cutting costs wherever he can, idk. Hopefully he is well compensated for his cheapskate efforts. Good thing I have ranch in the fridge at home.

You know in stead of leaving people in the drive through for minutes on in. To come to find out they are closed until 6am. Why not say that in the drive through so our business can go elsewhere??Update totally has changed and the customer service is amazing now thank you for listening

Was charged for 3 shakes on the mobile app, manager machine was down and to request it through the app. I contacted corporate and then said she would send me my money back via mail and never received it. Very poor management.
