Good food early service quite waitress
The most rude and inconsiderate staff ever!!! Walked in at 5:15am and waited for over 15 minutes to be seated while all of the employees who weren't busy didn't not once acknowledged us. One girl was eating and the other made it obvious that she wasn't interested in a other table. And just for the record they were NOT busy and I have waited my fair share of tables so before you comment know that this isn't some rant coming from someone who would ever leave a bad review over something if it wasn't just flat out unexceptable. They should be ashamed of themselves. We left and went to sherman where we know they have polite as well as presentable employees.
Found an entire acrylic nail in iced coffee and had the manager screaming at us not to cause a scene when the guest who crumbled into the nail started vomiting!
Service was outstanding. Long wait time for food which was the typical ihop quality, but it was hot when it came out and I ate it all. The restaurant did smell like rotten eggs when we walked in but we didn’t let it deter us from the strawberry cheesecake pancakes. They were good but the cheesecake bits were scarce.

Now this is one of the very few that I was not happy with at all. We were seated very quickly. After we ordered and got our food that was the last we saw of our waitress. She did not stop and ask how it was or if we needed anything. No refills in anything. My husband ran out of coffee 10 minutes into us being there and he asked for a refill. Nope did not come at all. So we paid and left.
They have good food and service but apparently dont know how to answer their phone. I was there a couple days ago and I think I dropped my ID there but I've called 7 times to ask if anyone up there found it but not a single answer
The food was excellent, however, the friendly professional service from our server, Michelle made our stop here so enjoyable. What a wonderful experience! We will be back.
