I love Domino's on Main...I have never had a problem friendly service... my Philly sub was excellent
There was hair in my food and I was missing a drink so I called up there asking about it and they hung up. I called back tried to talk to the manager but he was unprofessional and shady. I want my money back.
Staff on 4/28/22 @ 9:20 pm has HORRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. We will NEVER spend another dollar on this place. EVERYTIME we order our food has something wrong with it and they DO NOT honor they’re car side delivery guarantee. One lady even tried to act like she didn’t know what it was.( the app)Tonight they act like it was my fault that they was late. And I was told to call cooperate and let them deal with it. Lol. Customer service SUX
Order sat for over half hour before delivered, called to find out why was not greeted properly and told with an attitude "Just give me a minute" and immediately place on hold. When delivery guy (Matthew) got to my house there were more items then I ordered, I asked him why I only ordered 1 cheese bread and his rude reply was " I don't know, I didn't order it," and shoves receipt at me and walks away. When I opened my pizza it was not cut. I order from here all the time and the service I received all around was absolutely unacceptable. Good thing Papa John's is right by Domino's, I will no longer order from y'all again unless you make this right.
They literally sound mentally handicapped on the phone and put me though the most unnecessary process to simply order a pizza not even a mile away from there location definitely won’t be ordering from this location again
5:30 on a Thursday, bad customer service, used drive through and they forgot about me, and still got my pizza wrong. Charged me for a large and only got a medium.Owner called and offered me 2 free pizzas which was awesome. Went in to cash them in, got the correct size pizza but again 1 of the pizzas was cut incorrectly and the other pizza was made incorrectly and the wrong ingredients. Good coaches but bad players
This place has gotten so much better in the past few months. I picked up my mom's order at the window and the manager, Maria was so nice, quick and professional. Definitely recommend this place. Food was delicious and fresh!
We I Yell sometimes. My Bad. But I'd say I've bought over $10,000 of stuff from Domino's over the years. ✌️?
Ordered delivery, in which they only delivered part of my order. When I called them, they refused to finish completing the order and would only tell me that they were closed. I've waited over an hour for the rest of my order and my food is now cold and inedible. Would not recommend getting anything from here
Thank God this Pizza place was open, because none of the others where, so make this your first choice
