I hate to write poor reviews but I think some changes need to be made here and am writing so they will make adjustments. This was my first time at this Churches. I first ordered the smokehouse family deal and it would take an additional 15 minutes. Fair enough, so I switched to the 8 piece mixed deal. The staff was super friendly and doing their best during these times of staff shortages. I was asked again if I wanted to wait for the smokehouse and I should of said yes in hindsight. I was given three extra pieces of fried chicken because "it isn't very fresh." I thought how nice, thinking maybe it wasn't straight out of the fryer and would be fine. The other issue they somehow should address was the constant flying in and out of their window and my car window of flies. I am not particularly shocked by flies in Texas summers but this seemed a little much. Anyway, I drove ten minutes to get home and when I attempted to eat the chicken, it was more like jerky. I totally got the fact that it wasn't fresh. I am not sure how old it was. but I have never had chicken that bad. Again, I don't like to bash providers in these times, but you better examine your business practices or close it up.
We stopped at the drive through and ordered spicy chicken before 9:30 pm. They didn’t have any prepared they said they had regular and had already cleaned the fryer. They close at 10:00 pm. And would not prepare any spicy cause they JUST cooked the regular not spicy chicken. Poor customer service We went to Chicken Express instead and they were wonderful! They at least had spicy chicken tenders! I gave one star because I was forced to in order to leave a review!
Me and my brother visited this establishment and it was the absolute worst. We ordered a 10 piece and only got 3 pieces of chicken. So we went back and the manager was rude and said we didnt even order chicken, he said we got shrimp and tenders. He was so unprofessional WE EVEN HAD OUR RECEIPT!!!! NOT TO MENTION THEY LOOK DIRTY!!!
Horrible! Terrible employee at the window! My friend sent me a video of her placing an order and going to the window to pay, the girl at the register was on her phone the whole time and was being slow and not paying attention l, she also started cussing my friend out and flipped her off when she realized the bad experience was being recorded! Horribly rude and inconsiderate of that employee!!! Someone needs to either get the girl fired or shut down this place since they obviously need new management and employees
Tenders were good, manager guy is always friendly. Biscuits really need more time in the oven. Place seems a bit cluttered.
The man that works the drive thru itched his armpit right in front of us and then touched all over our lids of our drinks. When asked if he could give us another he said he didn’t touch the inside of the cup so it shouldn’t matter. He then had an attitude with us was rude. Would not recommend.
Great food! Always crispy chicken tenders. Very nice owner and staff. Food is always hot and ready fast. They make sure you are well taken care of.
They were all over the place. Making excuses I watched six customers go ahead of my order coming out the order wasn't complicated. One man sat down and ate and got finished and got a refill and left before I got the order and all they did was complain to me and make excuses I wasn't even arguing with them I just wanted to order. And they were still being rude.
Excellent!!!! It was date night we went through the drive thru and the owner had us laughing!!!;He was ready to go home. Very hot and fresh food.
The food was freshly cooked. We enjoyed our meal. Very nice owner.
