The food & ice cream are pretty tasty! The service leaves everything to be desired! They definitely need more training and need to stop hiring people that don't know what they're doing. I heard the lady up front arguing with one of the cooks about a personal issue. Crazy! Where was the management? Although their management is not much better. This is the one in denison. The employees in Sherman are more put together and organized. Every time I go back I keep thinking surely the service has to be better by now but it never is. I guess I'll just have to go to the one in sherman.
They need a new ice cream person. When I ask for a hot fudge sundae, I don’t mean a small pump of hot fudge and ALL vanilla ice cream. If that’s the case I would have just ordered a vanilla ice cream. Fill my sundae up with tons of hot fudge. When I asked for EXTRA whip cream and extra nuts and you CHARGE me for it, I expect it FULL of what I want. Pure laziness if you ask me. ??♀️
It is filthy. I waited 15 minutes to order a burger an no one ever took my order. There were 6 people making ice cream for 5 customers.The reason I went was for ice cream to go and you didn't have anything but the usual. I was at the one in Greenville the day before and it was stocked and clean and organized. It had new flavors! Fresh veggies and fruit!I went to Culver's for burgers Sorry. Y'all clean it! Get some rags and spray. It's nasty. And even if you can't get to your customer acknowledge them. Only person who acknowledged be was the mom of the kids in line.
I only gave one because you give negative stars. Sunday June 5th 48 minute wait for 3 froyos. Staff eating dinner versus manning the window. Took our money then walked off and left ice cream for an additional 5ins before handing over.
This place is the worst for breakfast slow rude can't even work their own system completely confused and they are not new employees everytime I come to this location it takes 20 minutes in the drive thru always
Good God I overordered! Folks Braums is amazing. The hotcakes were massive, the burritos were huge too. Any one item would have been enough but I ordered in accordance with most fast food serving sizes. Taste great and overfilled.
Ice cream was delicious and priced very competitively but the burger wasn't the best and the lobby area definitely needed some attention.
The staff is friendly and we're joking around making it seem pretty cool environment. Great value and price for the huge selection of choices.They had a guy that never made ice cream before make my cone and he had some trouble. I got a big scoop on top with nothing actually in my cone haha its ok cause that plenty of ice cream for me but the cone was hallow and was very fragile.Great flavors and overall place.
2 times in less than a week. Earlier visit, ordered a triple dip cookies and cream in a cup got home and it was black walnut. Took it back (nicely) and it was replaced (nicely) with double dip cookies and cream. Today, they were busy and I understand but, pull out of the drive thru and it is vanilla ice cream with cookies sprinkled on top. Take it back (nicely. Not a Karen. lol) and the guy argues with me that is is made with cookies and cream when clearly it is not!!! Come on. I'm an intelligent human and I'm not trying to get anything for free, just what I ordered. Terrible customer service man! Yes, I threw it away on my way out the door. I just don't understand why nobody cares or takes pride in their job anymore.
The burgers and fries suck.It reminds me of White Castle.Stick to the ice cream.A great place to eat nasty food.
