Two customers in the store were observed sampling yogurt with a spoon directly from the dispensers without making a purchase. Toppings were not labeled.
Staff just doing the bare minimum but not rude or anything. Typical teens really.Not a lot of good options like most places
It’s been over a handful of times I’ve shown up 10 minutes before closing where the doors have been locked and I was told the store was closed despite their posted store hours clearly stating it was “open.” It’s always the same couple lazy looking girls in there!!! Not to mention I’ve also made it a habit to start calling ahead to make sure my flavor machine is working because sometimes it isn’t. Fix your machines, find some new employees and I’ll return. Otherwise you can find me at I Heart Yogurt.
They never have options. Machines are always down and only have 3 to 4 flavors to choose from...2 of them being plain tart. I've been going for years and it definitely not like it use to be.
Dirty, workers on their phones, and they literally BLAIR Mexican music ( tuba and all) the couple times I’ve been there. You’d think you were in a Mexican night club. ? You cannot sit and even have a conversation. Very strange for a “yogurt shop” ? Won’t be back until they can run a proper business. Very offensive and not a soul sits to enjoy their yogurt inside.
The location is convenient. They don’t seem to rotate flavours very often. It would be great if they could add more flavor options (i.e. Pistachio, Strawberry) to the regular lineup.
Very good frozen yogurt! The toppings they have are just as good too. Sometimes machines don’t work though
This froyo is so yummy and they have good toppings!! This place is also so cute!! They have a wall of sticky notes that you can write positive notes!! #LightTheWorldDFW
Tasted good and the lady who was upfront was friendly 10/10 would go again
Great value, clean store just wish they did not have so much of the indoor seating area blocked off.
