Service was slightly inattentive and food was just good. The manager was very attentive to all guess and all staff was very polite.
Wide selection on menu and high-quality food. The service was very friendly. There was an error made in bring what I ordered, but the waitress recognized it and made it right.
We decided to try Yolk during our Dallas visit as we love brunch and although the wait was considerable, we did - we thought it’s usually a great sign. We found it very odd that customers were sat down at dirty tables several times. The food was average and a bit disappointing to be honest. Ingredients and presentation are both very basic and not particularly interesting. I would not recommend if you are looking for an especially tasty or special meal unfortunately. It was extremely busy so they seem to be doing very well. We will be trying other options in the area. Our server was very friendly.
When I primarily walked up for a table I was told it would be an hour and a half wait. Which sucks but I put my name down anyway. I got a text after 30 minutes that my table was ready! We get to our table and everything in the place was exceptional!! The service, the food, the music, and the overall vibe of this brunch spot is unmatched to any other spot I’ve been too!! The atmosphere was amazing! Karla was our server and her service and attention to all of her tables was amazing! This place stand out for sure and I cannot wait to go back! Thank you Karla and Yolk for the amazing brunch and atmosphere!
This was the most lit place I think I've ever went to for brunch and I used to live in DC where brunch was always lit! The place is crowded so get there and be ready for a wait once you put your name in. I don't think they took reservations. The service wasn't bad once we did get seated. We received bar drinks and food within a normal amount of time even with the restaurant, waiting area, and outside and to go section full of people. The food was delicious! Need I say more?
Varied menu, I tried the Green Eggs and Ham scramble. Very savory eggs with pesto a chunks of ham. Combo included choices, I took pancakes and cheese grits. Pancakes were excellent too! Great service, tables booths and counter service. Highly recommended!
The food was fantastic. Fresh and definitely uniquely made with its own taste. Will surely visit again next time I’m in Dallas
Server Judit and manager Jesus were superb. Very nice place to have breakfast or lunch . Nice and clean location with ample car parking. Good for family and friends. Prices are very reasonable. I with they really use yellow orange yolk like in Europe.
It’s a good spot to grab a quick breakfast meal, just like any other breakfast spot nothing stands out. But their service is fast and friendly. Amazing huge patio section available by the street side and fountain side. Place was well organized and clean.
A heads up—- I am a brunch connoisseur and have visited many brunch places throughout the nation. So I’m a bit picky about brunch places. The place looks good. It was fully packed when we visited, although we didn’t have to wait. The servers were nice and welcoming. It was pretty laid back environment. Still I must say, the service was Super Slow! The coffee was decent. Food was decent, nothing over the top. I ordered some scrambled eggs with biscuits and hash, with an extra order of sausage. The potatoes and the biscuits were fine. The egg was very very bland and boring. The sausage was very mediocre. Overall, the place looked hip and interesting, but the food was not up to that expectation. And the service was very slow.
