Food wasn’t cooked all the way or seasoned . When I told the cashier she caught an attitude with me. I orders the catfish and a burger basket combo .When I asked for my drink she told me she didn’t chat me for the Combo which is 10.99 but she charged me for something else the receipts don’t even tell u what was orders for me to confirm. When I asked to buy a drink she made me wait when there was no one else in line just rude
My family has been coming here for years. They have great wings that have lots of flavor and meat on the bone. They are never overcooked, always tender, and have great flavor. The fries are always fresh and made to order. You won't regret making this spot your primary option for wings. For the quickest service make sure to call in your order.
Some real authentic, homemade, well seasoned food. Good quality & quantity, I eat here every other Friday only for a treat to stay within my diet. They could be a little more organized with their time in serving but overall I'll give it a 8.5 with 10 being the best.
Just left here 5-21-2022. After 10 years of loyalty they screwed it all up over 1 order! Always order crispy fried okra with my wings. Today my wings were over seasoned and okra was soft and a very small portion after I ordered a large. They had all of their kids serving so no respect there, ask to speak with a manager and I was told none was on duty and they only had this one size okra which is definitely a small, but they charging you a large price though. ? I'm extremely disappointed in this place right now, they were my go to for such a long time... ? Maybe my money is just not welcomed there anymore. ?
When this place first came out I was big on the seasoned wings but NOW the catfish is my absolute fav!!! Made quick, fresh hot, crispy & delicious ?the fries and toast are absolutely amazing as well… I’ll surely continue being a long time customer ??
First time eating a burger from here & they took a little over 30mins. I wouldn’t rave about the burger but it was worth the wait. So if you’re in the area I would recommend this place for a good ole burger
Okay so this place doesn't look like much on the outside or the inside for that matter. I ordered garlic parmesan wings and ask for extrat sauce but they said that they only do a dry rub so that kind of turned me off. So then I just asked for the wings floured and seasoned which is just regular Fried Chicken. And I ask for all Flats. This was the absolute best chicken I have had besides home Fried Chicken in a long time. The service was fast the food was hot. I 100% recommended Wings N More!!
I called in an order tonight..a 2 piece and 3 piece Catfish Basket. The Fish was fried EXTREMELY HARD!! I couldn’t enjoy it. Almost broke my crown…lolI don’t know if I called in too late ( 9:30) or the grease was old or what.. I wasn’t pleased! A waste of money!!!Do BETTER!
This review is for my visit on the evening of March 29, 2022. I am compelled to do this late review because to this day, I am still left feeling disrespected.I arrived at this restaurant around 9:35pm, they close at 10. There were several people ordering ahead of me and a couple of people in line behind me. Quickly, I made it to the counter to order, I ordered fried fish and wings, bringing my total to $50 and some change. I was handed a buzzer so I decided to wait for my food in my car.Around 9:55, I noticed the parking lot clearing out, no one else around waiting for their food, which means the people ahead of me, AND behind me, received their orders. I look in the store and I see an employee mopping. My buzzer had not buzzed once. So I went into the store and asked politely if my order was forgotten. The lady at the counter quickly and without hesitation told me no. So, I decided to sit inside of the restaurant to wait, thinking that it could NOT possibly be much longer. I was wrong. I did not receive my order until 25 min later after they closed, 10:25pm. The owner even came out and looked me right in my face without saying a word or even a nod of his head, and turned right around to go back into the kitchen. I was not offered an apology, a can soda, not even a piece of their cake, no nothing for my inconvenience.What I wished for more was to have my lost time for this unacceptable wait time ACKNOWLEDGED, but instead I was disregarded as though I did not matter, or my money and business were not needed. The food was wonderfully fresh (how couldn't it be knowing the fact that my order was FORGOTTEN and recently cooked) however, the way this situation was handled left a bitter taste in my mouth and I will not be returning. Because of the disregard I received, I'm sure the owner could care less. Good customer service is EVERYTHING, I don't care how good the food is. I am a respectful person, and I demand and deserve the same.
This is the second time I've had to ask about my order before they start cooking my order. This time I only ordered a hamburger basket and a bacon cheeseburger basket. I ordered 6:45 and got my order at 7:25. I asked about my order at 7:15 and was told it would be out in a minute. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money at 7:20 and again was told it would be out in a minute. 5 minutes later my order was completed.
