I give it ZERO Stars . This place SuX & is Over Priced. DFW Airport Should have rented Space to an Eatable Food Franchise.??
I grabbed lunch here while waiting for a flight. The service was a little slow, but otherwise the food was delicious, and it wasn’t horribly overpriced. I would recommend being proactive when hailing the server, and being patient with the server. Probably not the best place to eat if you don’t have at least 45 minutes to spare.
Comfortable upscale atmosphere, perfect for a solo traveller to saunter up to the bar, get a stiff drink and a hearty sandwich while waiting on the next flight. Service was quick and attentive, will swing by the next time I'm at dfw

My review is of the bistro logo not of the dining itself. The logo of a whitetail deer is all wrong, the antlers are of a mule deer and the whitetail’s characteristic “white tail” shows itself when it is up, usually fleeing not in the downward position that is on the logo. You should call your bistro Muletail, lol. I thought Kent Rathbun was a hunter.
It was typical airport food. Better than chains, but would perish outside the airport. Extra star for the outstanding service. Food took a looong time coming out and we were one of three tables at the time. Killing time anyway.

The restaurnt is a good option for snacks and coffee during transit. The rates are reasonable and service is fast. Good hygene is maintained.
Came through DFW on an early flight and stopped by Whitetail bistro because I read it was "must visit" for a sit down meal in terminal D. Reviews were spot on. Food was fantastic - especially the breakfast tacos. Jessica served us and was the best. We'll definitely come back when we're in DFW.
