Excellent location. Great coffee and pastry menu and ample seating during the weekdays. If you’re wanting to get any work done, this is a great spot during the week, but gets very busy on weekends.
This place sells good drinks and tasty food. They also offer a good selection of coffee equipment for those of us who love to brew.
I’ve found my place!!!!! This coffee shop is my favorite for many reasons but the scones are the best reason! I’m a scone connoisseur and this place makes me so happy. Their chocolate strawberry scone is crispy, buttery, and moist. I can’t imagine going anywhere else to get scones in DFW. Trust me, I’ve searched all over.
This post is exclusively with respect to the inadequate online ordering process.Their app is very difficult.We end up going other places when we really want White Rock Coffee.Either build a true customer friendly easy to use app or partner with online ordering options to get our business on a regular basis.
Buyer beware: we bought a bag of their Costa Rica el Indio coffee beans from this location recently, brewed it and both my husband and I agreed that it tasted off and like the beans were burned. We went back to exchange (while also buying two lattes and planning to by another bag of coffee). The barista rudely dismissed us and told us they do not do allow any returns or exchanges for their coffee beans. She also questioned us about how we brewed the coffee- insinuating that it must’ve been our fault the coffee tasted bad. Had we bought this same bag of coffee from Central Market across the street, they would’ve gladly exchanged for us no questions asked. Needles to say, we will not be giving our business to White Rock Coffee any more. Clearly they do not care about retaining good customers.
Good coffee but I don’t know if I will come again. Maybe try a different drink.Got iced, blended and a smoothie.
