We came all the way from Memphis and had to stop at Whataburger....whatadisappointment! Our patties were cold and my 4 year old's burger was so salty that he couldn't eat it. I told my other son that he couldn't have it and that's when I was made aware that the sandwich was extremely salty and old. We have had great experiences in Austin and Houston in the past.
I double checked my order with staff yet still got shorted a meal. I tried to explain to them that my bill total was way too low for what I ordered. Anyways, it looked clean and staff was friendly. Might have just been an honest mistake. Eirher way, 3 stars because I do not have a this restaurant in my state so my time was a little ruined.
Restaurant was clean and neat. Workers were masked and gloved up. Customer service was great. Last but not least, food was hot & fresh and super delish!
Horrible service! Will never go back! Who in their right mind sell a burger with NO MEAT, frozen cheese and frozen fries! What made it worst is I called the manager, and after explaining that their lines are always so long, usually wait 30 minutes for a order , responded “Well you do see we are busy!” Uuummm, that’s unacceptable! It’s 1:30 am, I am not leaving just to get it replaced but I will go back to get my money and give ‘em their cold food back with no meat! I told the manager that I would call corporate and his response was “Go ahead, call em, I don’t care!!” What kind of people are you guys hiring? At this point I don’t care! You have lost a customer and I rather get McDonalds, at least it will be hot and my burger will have meat in it! ????
Just came through the drive through and asked for three spicy ketchups with my meal when I got to the window. The guy at the window handed me the ketchup while literally mocking me, repeating “three spicy ketchups” in what I can assume was his attempt to make fun of my naturally high-pitched voice. I do not appreciate this whatsoever, it was extremely rude.I should add— that was quite literally the only thing he said to me besides my total. No greeting, no nothing besides how much I owe and making fun of me. Additionally, my diet Dr Pepper was completely flat, and my fries were cold. Absolutely horrible customer service and terrible experience overall.
I came to this location at 2:52 am and order the whatcha bites. I make it to the window and pay. To my surprise I’m told to pull up between the two pillars. I pull up and my order comes out moments later. I check the boxes to ensure everything is correct. After a quick inspection I noticed the boxes were missing the toast. I had to drive back around in the line and wait to get back to the speaker. I made it to the the speaker and let the young lady know they left off my toast. She replies, “ okay just pull to the window.” Mind you there are 3 cars ahead of me and the line was moving very slow. If you mess up someone’s order have a sense of URGENCY! The longer we wait in line the longer our once hot food had to get cold!! Made it to the window and the young man tried to tell me it doesn’t come with toast. Now this is a shock seeing how I’ve ordered this many of times from this same location.
A better burger you will not find at a better price. The Dr. Pepper shake us definitely worth a day in court, if you like Dr. Pepper, that is. For the record Whataburger fries beat the clown’s fries hands down.
The drive thru person was in a terrible mood. Her attitude was awful. I was ready to overlook it, but when I got back to my hotel, I found out my orders were wrong. We ordered two cheeseburgers and got two chicken sandwiches. On the bright side, the lady who helped me fix it when I drove back was very pleasant.
If I could give a zero I would. Managers disrespectful lazy controlling yet can't control themselves. They need better leadership. Sends order back and still the same issues. Line wrapped around the block for nothing. I can not believe how the management operates. ?
We ordered two hamburgers and fries, fries were cold, and the cheese ton the hamburgers was not even melted, I would not recommend to anyone
