The last 2 times I ordered 2 whataburger lettuce,onions and mustard. The first time one had mayonnaise, and the second had no onions or mustard. It's sad you have to check your order before you leave.

I've been visiting this location for years but today was a disgrace. After 30 minutes in line the staff member came to our car to run our card and kept saying it wouldn't go through. I immediately checked my bank account to see she'd processed it 9 times @$36 and some change. She had the manager come to our car who said it was impossible to charge it more than once. We just politely said we wanted her to be aware in case more than 1 charge processed. When we got home, we discovered the order was wrong, the sodas were flat and syrupy, the fries were cold and hard and the burger was extremely cold (like it was refrigerated or something). I took a picture below to show the amount of jalapenos I pulled out of my burger (and I left plenty on it) along with the soggy lettuce and tomatoes. So, so disappointing and not the typical quality we were used to getting at this location (I-30/ Cockrell Hill). Anyway, I hope we don't end up paying $300+ (the charges are still pending) for this horrible food experience. Whataburger, please get it together!

Friendly staff clean restaurant quick service

I had such an horrible service through the drive thru told the lady who was taking my order I wanted hard shell egg but she wasn’t comprehending she told me “all our eggs are real” Which I used to work at whataburger you just let the cook know and they would use a real egg instead of liquid I asked for hot sauce and didn’t receive picante. My fries were cold. My boyfriends ranch was open for his strips , the strips are cold as well this happen @10 am

Worst services ever, I'm writing this because it's the SECOND TIME that has had happened to me, why you have an online order service when you don't even pay attention to them, this online service have to be FASTER no slower I have to wait for ONE HOUR to get my food!!!! part of my order was JUST SITTING THERE and GETTING COLD while a few of the employees were just STANDING by without knowing what to do. Have to be asking for my food THREE TIMES. I'm thinking about not coming back to this Whataburger. Nothing compared with the Whataburger on Arlington.

I had a very bad experience in this place I was in line at the Drive Thru for more than 20 min and when they finally gave me my order I drove for 10 more minutes until I got home and when I was just about to eat I found a hair in my food .. I called the store and they told me that they could only change my food “Free” I mentioned that it would not be free since I paid for it unless they returned my money and also changed my food then it would be free and they told me that they couldn't do that they could only return my moneySo I drove to the store very upset so that they would return my money. I gave them their food with hair and I was left without dinner, so this store made me waste a lot of time. Gasoline is very expensive and on top of that I didn't eat anything because it was already too late for look for another place I contacted the corporate but they did nothing either ? what a bad organization.

The drive-thru was really busy on a Sunday morning but the employees did a good job at keeping the lines moving smoothly. I ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit combo. It was fresh, hot and tasted great.

Been here a couple times already, the past three times the food has been cold when it’s been delivered in drive thru. Customer service is good (cordial) but the burgers have been cold on delivery. So it seems to be a common issue.

I've been to 2 whataburgers so far and my burger was cold and the fries were old. Smh. Almost unbelievable. If it was fresh mabwy it. Would he better. Disappointed in franchise as a traveling foodie. Worst experience so far.

Good burger, but they shorted me a burger at the drive thru, discovered it down the road. It was about 15 minutes out of the way to come back, but we did. We were given the burger without question, but no apology.
