This is my favorite Whataburger in Dallas! Always open, super friendly staff, and delicious, hot food, with easy and plenty of customization (avocadoes — yeah!) which I always tailor to be as vegetarian/vegan as possible.….Which brings me to a heartfelt request: PLEASE offer vegetarian/vegan food options!!!The other fast food places in town (your competition) already have a small but reliable set of vegetarian/vegan options.I’d bet that Whataburger could outdo any of the competitors in the vegetarian/vegan market, if it’d make an effort to meet our current (thankfully!) varied consumer preferences!
About as slow as it gets when it comes to drive-thru restaurants in the area. I’m currently sitting in line and haven’t moved even one vehicle forward for going on 20 minutes now. Unfortunately, this is the norm at this location. It doesn’t help that the few late night visits here — the only times service seems to move at any pace whatsoever — there’s a 50/50 chance your order will be incorrect.
A reasonable accommodation is assistance or changes to a position or workplace that will enable an employee to do his or her job despite having a disability. Under the ADA, employers are required to provide reasonable accommodations to qualified employees with disabilities, unless doing so would pose an undue hardship.
They remodeled & could've changed the drive thru to make it flow better but the workers that I've interacted with have been great. You should go here but expect a little wait. I'm not sure that they have EVER gotten my order wrong. My only complaint is that corporate should've thought about the drive thru situation during the remodel.
I love Whataburger- normally.I ordered two Whataburger Justaburgers with cheese and large Diet Coke.The Diet was flat and watery - I wasted my money by throwing it out.They did not have buns for the Justaburgers - I had Texas toast. NOT the same thing.And to make matters worse, NO cheese!Could you screw up my order any more???I will not be going back to this location.
Hands down the best whataburger I've had in YEARS. Date 3-4-22 at 10:4metropolis.. PM. Everything was amazingly fresh!! This team needs to be cloned and distributed throughout the metroplex.. GREAT JOB AND THANK YOU!!!
The worst run whataburger in Texas. The line is always super long and runs at a snails pace. I’ve spent an hour waiting for food at a so called fast food restaurant. I would give it less than 1 star but don’t think I can.
Ordered on the app... Got to the restaurant and could only do drive through-line was out the entry point on lemon... Couldn't cancel order. Tried to call since my food was 'ready'... After calling 5 times, someone answered finally finding out that they had just then completed my order...I still had 6 cars in front of me... The drive thru is one line and once you're in, you can't escape AND you can't cancel the order on the app. (20 min in the drive-thru lane... Get to the window and they very clearly had to remake the order... More waiting... still cold- don't think it was remade...)Generally, this place is pretty good... But if I were you, I would avoid going here after the bars closed... Any other time, they are fine... But, find a different location if you want late night dining.
We ordered the breakfast taquitos. They had big portions of egg and sausage. Fresh and delicious. Employees not too friendly but it was very early in the morning.
i'm not typically a fast food person but these burgers are great.
