Location was incredibly busy (right around noon) with two lines open, however this was probably the fastest I've ever gotten my order at any Whataburger. And everything was correct too, including the added ingredients and modifications that usually get left out at other locations! Burgers were well made any not greasy like some locations where the bun is dripping with grease. The lady doing the orders on the tablet out in the hot sun was very sweet and friendly (bless her heart, I couldn't stand out in that heat and still be that cheerful). I'll definitely go to this location again.
In Dallas for Lone Star Volleyball and stayed at the Embassy Suites just next door. The woman who rang us up and brought our order was the best! So fun and helpful. It was busy and she kept us informed about the wait and we had a fun convo about her Easter colored nails. Don't you love it when you meet good people? ?And the burger and fries were delicious as usual.
Horrible experience. They did not have chicken bites. I settled for the strip combo. The lady didn’t tell me they were out of ice until after I purchased my meal. I went back to get the meal without the drink. She said it would only be a $40 difference which didn’t sound right to me because drinks on average are about $2. She didn’t count back my change properly. I just said forget it. Got my food. It was burned. Never again. Just path-ethic!
First visit to this location, but usual Whataburger experience plus a little more. Sweet & Spicy burger made perfectly, massive clean dining area, fast and friendly staff, and reasonable prices. Everything was just a little cleaner, tastier, faster, and more enjoyable. This location works hard to do things right and it shows. Definitely worth weekly visits. Rumor has it this spot is packed for lunch M-F, probably true!
I tried ordering online last night which is great when you want to wait an extra 20 minutes on your food. This location doesn't communicate with each other well enough to handle online orders. This location continues to not live up to what I've come to know as What-A-Burger quality.
Normally my favorite place to eat. Today’s rating took a hit but is saved by past experiences. I ordered for “curbside pickup” and waited 25 minutes and then went inside to finally get my food. It was sitting by a heat lamp and nobody bothered to bring it out. ??♂️ they remade my food and it was good. If this were based on a first time/first impression of a place, they would get a much lower score. But I’ll still be back.
It was fast getting through. But the biscuits and gravy is usually good. But, I don't know if they were having an off day or the person that usually prepares it wasn't there.My biscuit was hard and over cooked and the gravy had a funny taste.Definitely not that great. Very disappointed ☹️
Service was very slow. 25 minutes from getting in line to getting my food, and there was only one person ahead of me.Burger was good. No In-N-Out, but good. Fries were fantastic. Decent value.
My order is occasionally correct, the shake machine occasionally works, I occasionally get someone else's food, I occasionally pay the same amount for the same food from day to day, I occasionally have fry's with as much salt as is in the dead sea, I occasionally get food that is warm, I occasionally get the condiments I ask and pay for (looking at you jalapeno ranch).Long story short, it's a 3 star WAB but I still eat here more than I should.
At this point nobody cares!!!Last time eating at any what a burger place!!!But man paying high price dollar for the order to come out wrong on various occasions just doesn’t sit well with me anymore.Who ever is reading this take it as a sign to not eat/dinner at any location what so ever! As you can see from the pictures medium fries got small servings, Buffalo chicken stip sandwich no Buffalo sauce chicken was cold!Ketchup packets dirty was disgusted had to throw away.I’m done with whatabuger all together!!
