The manager Angelica is amazing !!!! Me and my boyfriend was stuck outside waiting for the road side assistance to come . We were hungry but of course couldn’t go through the drive thru due to the car being down. The inside was closed so I decided to call and explain situation and see if it was anyway they could Service us . Mrs. Angelica went over and beyond to help us and the order was fresh. That’s what you call amazing customer service . She could have easily said no and refused to service us but decided to be sympathetic and help.
I absolutely love Whataburger. I worked there as a teenager that's why it makes me sad to say that this location is completely useless.Order for curbside pickup and you get there and tell them what parking numbered spot I'm in and nothing. My food was supposed to be ready at 9:38. I didn't get the food until right at 10:20 so after multiple phone calls to the store that went unanswered, finally got through and had to ask them to please bring me my food.10 minutes later they come out and I had 4 drinks in the order and I was alone and he didn't bring a drink holder. I asked him about a holder for the drinks and he let out the biggest sigh I had ever heard. He just says "no drink holder" and walks off like I'm inconveniencing him.Just all around a terrible experience with rude customer service. I can understand if you have great service and you are a little uppity about it. But if you have service this bad that I leave this review telling other people, then you should really consider being polite and friendly. That would have at least broken even. The bad service would be offset by the friendly staff. But none of that happened.
Food was great. Service could be a little better organized. To their credit, though, it was a lunch rush, so I completely understand. I have previous food service industry experience and can speak to that.Only one concern for me is that the food (burgers, sandwiches, etc.) is prepared on a metal table without no protection (food wrapping paper, etc.). I just worry about the surface that the food is being prepared on for the safe eating of the patrons. I don't say this to tarnish the restaurant, but just a personal observation.Outside of that, outstanding location and good people. Will always recommend.
We ordered on the app. Chose to pickup instead of drive thru because the line was ridiculously long. They locked inside and have items stacked in front of doors. They wouldn’t open the door to give my daughter our order but they waited on another man who walked to the door. I never take time to post negative reviews but this is totally ridiculous!
Went to this location on 3/14/22 on my lunch break which is only 30 minutes. Of course they are busy which is expected got my food went back to work and was unable to eat any of it. We ordered 2 meals and the buns were burnt both on top and bottom and could not leave work again to take it back. It is sad that they would serve someone food like this. I know whoever closed this burger could visibly see that the buns are burnt.
They stay busy pretty much all day long so if you come in our neighborhood please be patient. You will get your food mostly on time and they sometimes give you free courtesy food or drinks! Customer service is young vibrant and mature. Food is GREAT! LOVE YOU WHATABURGER and peeps!??
The service was terrible but the burger was good. They gave me fresh fries when I asked for some. The cashier was not quick on the intercom with Welcome to whataburger can I have your order she just waited for the customer to say hello are you there.
The food is generally very good, the service is hit or miss at best. Last night I ordered online and had 2 of everything when I arrived to pick it up. The store manager said there was nothing he could do, I called customer service to get a refund of the double charge. The customer service person took my report but couldn’t do anything, I got an email that someone would get back with me in 3 to 5 days. This seems like the process of a company that really doesn’t care much about its customers. Shame on you….
Worst service ever. Site mentions MENUS for all options, i only got 2 burgers and 1 cinnamon roll for 25 bucks!!! I am appalled. not answering the phone 1st, then blames the driver and hung up, 3rd attempt did not answer!!!For 25 bucks don't you think it should be a menu and not just a burger...seriously!!???1 star because i could not post otherwise!!!!
Always slow but that’s Whataburger for ya. Just got my curbside order. A chicken sandwich was missing. My friend went inside to get the sandwich. They gave her a burger. I Went inside this time and the gold tooth manager was not only rude and unapologetic, but tried to tell ME that MY friend was lying. TERRIBLE SERVICE. ZERO STARS. And middle finger to all the people in the back giving me grief and dirty looks AND making my sandwich on the counter. Gross.
