The lady at the front I think she’s the manager. She forgot to put my jalapeño cheese dip. I came back to get it she told me she put it in there. I told her she didn’t. She wanted to argue with me whether she did or not, I walked away. I couldn’t believe this was real. Anyways horrible customer service. Never again. Whoever the lady that closed on this Friday night was.

You call this mess pretzels? I ordered the original pretzel and it was as cold as it was outside. The staff was talking while I waited in line and I felt ignored. Never again!!?
On the ticket it says that I ordered cheddar cheese for my mozzarella pizza rolls! I most certainly did NOT order cheddar, I ordered marinara sauce! Why would I order cheddar cheese if I hate cheese (except for mozzarella)
Had an original pretzel at this location and the jalepeno did. Im surprised the dips are up to 1.19 a dip. Not sure if its this location or all locations but wow they used to like half that. Anyways I am giving it a one star because it was really stale and when I took a bite into it, it tasted really funny. I should have just not eaten it in then and there, but I finished the stupid thing and I definitely regretted it later. I felt really sick all night later and this makes me not want to ever eat a pretzel again. I am definitely not eating one at this location again, especially with how it tasted and how sick I got after.Not Recommended.
