They have to many employees working at the same time, to not have orders being placed and tables and counters being cleaned. They all just standing around running their mouths when they should be tending to the customers. EVERYBODY needs to be properly trained. I only came because my friend wanted breakfast from here. But I’ll never choose to eat anything at this location…
the service was terrible the food was terrible
Went in today around 2PM to get some work done and ordered a ham and cheese omelette.What I got was a cheese omelette that had (and I counted) 6 small 1/2in square ham chunks dropped in.That is not a ham and cheese omelette, that is a cheese omelette that somebody accidentally got a little ham in.Add into that experience the staff, all five of them, were yelling at each other, constant f-bombs and other foul language inappropriate for in front of customers.All the way around one of the worst Waffle House experiences.
This was a very clean Waffle House. The whole staff was amazing we had TT and she was very quick and thorough anytime she wasn’t in our reach another staff member was right there to jump in and help. We loved our conversations with the staff and felt like we were eating with family. The food was very fresh and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Came to this Waffle House tonight and 3 employees were there @8:15 pm the young lady told me it’ll be 15 minutes due to cleaning of the grill so I waited. Upon waiting the young lady and a young man was playing around while the other lady was cleaning. Also, the young lady came outside to see how many cars were out because other people started to come in and was told 20 minutes etc. due to cleaning of the grill so like me most waited and others left. Fast forward to FINALLY being serviced after 9pm gotHome and food was missing! I ordered an all star meal with cheese in grits (no grits instead a hash brown) no sausage, on my second all star meal i had no bacon nor cheese in my eggs. The sprite tasted as if it was running out too. I really had a taste for WH only to be disappointed.
Being from South Carolina and used to 5 WHs per block, it is different here trying to find one but find one I did. The staff at the waffle house made it so enjoyable to be there. Yes there was a wait but they make up for it by making us laugh. Never have I ever had a dull, bad moment in the many waffle houses I visited and this one is no exception.
I went at 6am and it wasn't busy at all by any means, there were 10 employees in there and only 2-3 were doing anything, every window in the store was filthy and the window sills were covered in black crumbs, or dead flies 1 or the other. the young man who waited on us was a really nice kid who was trying his best to do his job, the food was average for what one would expect, this store lacks leadership and needs new management.
Waitress was welcoming and attentive as each customer came in. She would say hello i see you give me a minute. I love that acknowledgment. Enjoyed the breakfast as well.
Server was great . Food was fast and wonderful . For it to be Christmas Eve only saw one server with a attitude . Our server was great Bee I believe was her name she is awesome thank u so much .
Literally the WORST Waffle House I’ve ever been to and I love Waffle House! I called to make a Togo order and the woman who answered had a horrible attitude. The call disconnected so we went in to make the order. The same woman was there giving attitude. We got the order took it home and opened it my hash browns and bacon were damn near charcoal with the toast looking like they smashed it with their hand before roasting it. So we went back to have it remade. The manager gave me attitude and the workers were talking bad about us in the back. They remade the food and we brought it home. Bacon looks like old bacon that was left out over night or something and hash browns are so overcooked I can Barely bite into them. I’ve NEVER had a complaint about Waffle House in all the years I’ve been going. This one needs a whole new staff and it’s sad because now I don’t want to go to the one located near me the next Waffle House is 17 min away.
