Worst service ever. The woman at the register was awesome, but our server was awful. Everyone was running around, super busy, except her. She didn't a lot of time just standing. After we ordered she took forever to finally call our order, and most of it was wrong. It took three trues to get her to bring me water, and she did so very grudgingly, with no straw. I had to go behind the counter and get my own. No refills on coffee or water were offered. We were charged for things we didn't order. No choice of toast was offered so we got toast we didn't eat. And the place next to us was never cleaned. Our bacon wasn't crispy, the hash browns tasted old. Very disappointing visit.
I would leave 0 stars if I could. As soon as we walked in we were seated and the cook barry seemed as if he was having a bad day. When we ordered we saw the cook barry cross contaminating our food and other customers food. Before we received our food barry touched a sandwich that we ordered with his bare hands. When notified that we would like for him to make the sandwich again he immediately had an attitude. Not only did he initially touch our food with his bare hands, he also messed up our order not once but 3 times. When notified again he was very rude and talking under his breath. We still ended up with the wrong order.
Very amazing food! It was extremely busy and they know how to handle it well!
Walked in and we were greeted with “hold on” we sat and waited for about 10 mins. All the staff but one person ignored us. The cook not only cooked but he waited on us too. He was great. As for everyone else, Waffle House needs to rethink these staff members. I would give the cook 5 stars if I was only writing my review on him. Good job kid!
If I could leave a 0 star I would. Walked in with a party of 7- no wait. Got seated quickly no problem. Had a new waitress trying to serve us but EVERY time she tried to serve us or take an order someone on the staff pulled her immediately away to do something else. The only white people in the restaurant and it became evident that we were the wrong color for the management and everyone other than the sweet waitress we had. We frequent Waffle House when we travel and have NEVER had a bad experience until today.

Exceptional energy. It was a dance party. Dallas PD in the house enjoying the beats. The food is go to greasy, help yourself not have a hangover grub. Not awesome. But the humans inside are phenomenal! Will definitely come back.
Great food and a good vibe at this location. Nice greeter just inside the door. Gianna was our waitress. Very nice and fun. You can't beat Waffle House for breakfast food. Much better than iHop!
Excellent service. Best crew I've seen working in a while. Keep up the hard work.
