We were in the neighborhood this morning and my husband remembered this bakery and he's been wanting to take me here for a while. I went in and ordered from their goods that were ready to buy. I ordered two chocolate croissants, an almond chocolate croissant, a fruit square pastry, and two bacon and cheese croissants. It is a little expensive but the pastries are huge and delicious. The service was good. The bakery is located in an industrial park and is like a store front for the production site, so everything is very fresh.
This place is located in an older part of Dallas that is seeing a transformation into a new, up and coming neighborhood less than 3 miles from downtown. I found it by searching for the best croissant in Dallas. I drove an hour to find out if it was really as good as the reviews. The reviews were spot on. I have made the trip twice in the last 9 days. The plain croissant was excellent, the bacon and cheese was excellent, My absolute favorite so far is the ham and cheese croissant. It is life changing and the best croissant I have ever had. If you are ever in the area and love an extremely well made croissant you need to try this place. You won't be disappointed.

croissants pasties sandwiches.....all to die for. I have found my bakeey. the place on Woodall is just a few streets over from work. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT. and I have not tried everything yet but intend to....staff is WONDERFUL and friendly. Grade A+.

I wouldn’t feed their bread to my hogs. They have completely screwed up 7-Eleven sandwiches. If you are feeling nostalgic and would like to eat the National Lampoon’s Vacation dog urine soaked sandwiches head on over to your local 7-Eleven.
