very vibrant vegas vibes and lively yet elegant and not crowded with people everywhere
Our waiter was always available for us and didnât miss a beat. The food was delicious, but not every item on the menu was available. The drinks were an excellent overall great experience, and we will return.
Food quality was fair/good. Food price is fair/good. Alcohol availability was good. Alcohol pricing was much overpriced. Ambiance moderate to energetic. I really disliked my tiny table for 3 people, no room for app, food, and beverages for 3 people. Place should stay open longer.
The ambiance was great but the service was horrible. They put so much emphasis on being on time for your reservation or they will charge you $50 per person and make you put a credit card on file. We got there and it took 25 mins for a server to come get out drink order. We had to ask for water for a different server becaUe we had no idea where I server was. Our reservation was at 9:30pm and our meal didnât arrive until 11:30lm. The food was overrated and for the price we expected more. The waiter took forever to come by and check on us. We paid for $300 and we did not receive the service we deserved. The food was cold and mediocre. The ambiance was nice and music was nice and picture worthy but that was all.
Quick and straight to the point, the food was horrible, had no taste to it was over priced. The drinks were good, strong and worth the money. The dancers had no personality and looked forced to move when they did. The music was good. The servers tried but messed up the order twice and it took way too long to get our first drinks out. Over all the venue is amazing but the energy was a bit low leveled and the entertainment was lacking. Love this place and hope that the next time I go back it will be better.
The food, atmosphere, and service was great!!! I highly recommend this place for a birthday or other special celebration.
I went to Villa Azur In Dallas specifically for the Pasta a la Rueda. The food was below my expectations but the drinks were amazing. The steak was overcooked. The pasta a la rueda is average. The appetizers though were good. The BAKED BUCHERON CHEESE was amazing. The drinks were great which is why I averaged this review to a three. The VILLA AZUR is good, and I had a Lavendar Gin which was my favorite. It used the Empres 1908 giving it a beautiful color.Introduction to get seated was a little bit uncomfortable, but the service was good once seated.
Horrible experienceLet’s start with server. Her name was Vanessa and she had very bad attitude. Didn’t bring drinks, silverware and dropped the check when we were in the middle of eating out food. She spilled water on the table and didn’t even apologised because my friend’s phone got wet. We ordered the tea and she brought pots without cups. I understand if place was busy but we were only table. When we disagree about service she started to argue with us and threatened to call cops on us?!!!!!! We asked for manager but no-one was there. Then she refused to take 5 cards for payment and said only 1 person has to pay. Since when you can’t take multiple cards????About food…..it was okay but desserts very dry and tasteless
We had okay service, however the food was overpriced and the place smelled like cleaning supplies. We sat in a couch that was not moveable so had a hard time just getting to our table and our friends were in chairs across from us about a foot taller which was just awkward. The couch also had holes in it.
Beautiful place; great food; excellent service.
