Service was good and cake was ready on time. I requested a GF/DF cake and they accommodated so that was nice.Sadly the cake was not good at all, dry and little flavor. I do appreciate a baker who can accommodate dietary needs along with decorating it accordingly but I won’t be using them for future needs based on flavor.
I am a pie person and not usually a cake person, and I am not gluten intolerant, but their gluten and lactose-free cake is the best I've ever had. I have a family member that is both gluten and lactose intolerant, and we stumbled upon this bakery when looking for a special option. I'm glad we discovered this bakery. I recommend it. If you need to accommodate special dietary restrictions to celebrate an occasion, this is your place.
As someone who feels like my gluten allergy has made my life incredibly difficult, it's nice to have a place to order a big birthday cake without having to worry. Enjoyable regardless of dietary restrictions
Walked in right before closing to get a birthday cake. Found the right flavor in the freezer and 2 hours later, even though it wasn’t fully defrosted after dinner, everyone enjoyed the taste and asked where it was from ?
Horrible! So upset about wasted money. Requested less than 20 birthday sugar cookies and custom cake for one year old. The pictures sent vs what was received were quite disappointing considering almost a $300 charge. The cookies were not close to the original picture and the cake didn’t even have child’s name on it. Cake tasted okay.Good they can accommodate allergies, but I’m not sure about the overall quality. Sadly, won’t use them again or recommend. Would give 0 stars if I could. So disgusted at how horrible cake was.
The cupcakes and cookies were not good - I’ve never thrown a cupcake away before in my life, and even my kids thought they were inedible - but the service was excellent! We’re vegan so it’s hard to find good or any food, so I love that you guys are trying but they taste like vanilla protein bars.
Girl there was rude, flavor on sign was seasonal but still on sign. No apology she just said “I don’t make the signs”. Everything was super dry… got a lemon cupcake, same girl said she has one in the back. Got to the car to eat it, and it was frozen solid. Definitely don’t recommend this location, go to another
The cinnamon rolls and pecan pie are exquisite!!! Divine!!! They were so good!
Ordered cupcakes for a wedding reception so that our gluten free guests would be able to enjoy some cake. They were delicious and before long, our gluten eating guests were enjoying them as well. Everyone raved about them all weekend. The day after the wedding, we hosted a birthday party and served a cake from Unrefined Bakery Preston Center. Again, our guests raved and were surprised to find it was gluten free. Terrific bakery. Follow their advice about proper storage and you won’t be disappointed! 5 stars!
Seriously. The pizza was so good I actually questioned if it was gluten free.
