I'm extremely confused, since when do you guys not acknowledge when they're in the store. Everytime I come in and the owner is there you guys are extra pleasant. I really miss the young lady that worked there before... she spoke and made sure that the orders were correct. I never waited especially when I ordered my food online and even gave them an extra 10 mins before picking up. I still had to wait in line as if I was ordering and then my smoothie wasn't even ready with the food, and even after she made it, the smoothie was still incorrect... what's really going on?
Placed my order on the app 30 minutes ahead of time to ensure it was ready on time. I got there about 30 minutes after I had set to pick up my order and when I got there the girl at the counter didn’t have my order and I asked her if she had it ready she said she didn’t have one for me, so I went to my car to get my phone and when I checked it showed that I had ordered there and she just stared at me. At that time other customers came in and instead of apologizing and getting my order out she went to take their order instead. I walked over and said “Excuse me, I’m sorry I’m on my lunch break, can you make my drink?” The other customer called me rude even though I was there before her and the girl still just stood there. After several minutes she made my drink doing and when she gave it to me she didn’t even say sorry. Really disappointed in the Greenville location.I appreciate you reaching to me, I had issues with your email so I’ll place my response on here.Thank you for reaching out to me, I decided to call up there to see if I could speak to a manager and I ended up speaking to the employee who gave me such poor service and all she said was she had no record of my order so she didn’t have it ready. I explained to I understood that part but when I showed her the order on my phone and she neglected to right the situation and help someone else instead I’m no that was the point customer service I spoke of. When I told her this her response to me was “Well you can come back in the store and like, yeah.” Seriously, how does this girl have a job? I hope she is at least coached on my proper customer service.Sarah Bradley
Bought a chipotle grilled cheese and sweet potatoes. The sweet potatoes were great! The pics of the sandwich speak for themselves. I'll stick to smoothies next time.
Ordered a large smoothie order on their website, was delivered late and drinks were watered down. I called to let them know, they offered to remake the smoothies. When I called to go pick up my remade smoothies, they said they could no longer do that and offered me a refund. It has been over a month since that conversation and still no $70 refund. No one has called me back, I have to call them and they keep promising to issue my refund. I would regularly buy smoothies from here for my company and team, will be taking my business elsewhere since the owner here does not care. I am sure the owner is waiting for me to stop calling about the refund they keep promising me. Smoothies are mediocre for the lack of customer service, Smoothie King is down the road and better for the same price.
Solid as always. Tried the peanut butter, banana, and granola snack. Pretty bomb and fills you right up. Can’t go wrong with anything here tbh. Got the beach bum. Subbed out white chocolate for dark.
Had I realized that you cannot sit down and eat, I would’ve gone elsewhere. The website advertised outdoor seating. There is none. Absolutely no place to sit anymore. Done with this place. Had to stand in the parking lot and eat my meal. Ridiculous. AND…why no coffee? They serve breakfast, but no coffee.
Food tastes great. Smoothies are awsome.
I've accidentally walked away with the wrong meals and was not disappointed. So much of the food here is so good. And the smoothies are also good
Guy suggested Caribbean jerk wrap and the mango berry smoothie. Best flavor ever. Was my first visit and they did amazing. Highly suggest this place for both food and smoothies.
