Wow factor from the moment you walk into this very upscale establishment. Guided to your table by professional waiters and waitresses who cater to your every whim and address your selection choices.Food entrees exceptional and delicious. What a complete wonderful dining experience. Joyful, happy, fun experience.
The staff was very nice and went the extra mile, the vibe was lively. Food was delicious. Appetizer was the slab of bacon, yummy! And o had the pork chop that came with a salad for my main and a a side the honey mustard glazed Brussel sprouts! ( I pour the glaze from thr bacon over my already delicious and juicy pork chop to kick it up a notch)
We had tried takeout once before (the attention to detail was amazing) but this was our 1st time dining in here and it certainly won't be our last! A big thank you to Edgar for making our celebratory graduation dinner so special! If you want to feel like royalty for the evening, then this is the place to be! Everything from the appetizers to the chandeliers overhead to the fresh roses throughout to the perfectly cooked steaks to the flaky, fresh catch of the day added to our incredible experience. Thanks again!
I made reservations two weeks out for an anniversary dinner and could only get a 5:30-7:00 time slot. We made it work though it would have been nicer to not feel rushed. Service was top-notch. The cocktails and meal were all excellent. The atmosphere was lively and energetic. I loved the aquarium and all the chandeliers. Town Hearth is elegant without feeling stuffy. People were there in all modes of dress. It was very relaxing and comfortable. We will definitely be back!
Not worth it. They made us wait an HOUR for a reservation our friends had made a month in advance. Front of the house was snippy about it—like, “you’re welcome for the pleasure of standing here for an hour.” Dallas has plenty of great steakhouses. No need to be treated like this for food you can get elsewhere in town.
I would say is popular place. reservation is very recommended but u could have 1.5 hr. Love the decoration in the restaurant with the chandeliers hanging on the ceiling, the sport car sit in front of the kitchen, yellow submarine in the fish tank and the motorbike hanging on the wall. Food are great also as the services. Steve is our server, he did a good job. we love to come back again.
Great fun dining experience. Place is a restaurant/museum. Great atmosphere and good service. Food was delicious ?. You won't be bored for a second here. Between good food and many attractive pictures and articles. They have a small submarine in the middle of the place and a motor bike as you get in. What a great idea. Kids friendly too.
Came when it first opened and it was fabulous. Decided to come back on Wednesday to celebrate a birthday. I do not remember the noise level being so horrible. We could not hear ourselves. My medium steak was raw in the middle. The Mac and Cheese was to die for it was so good as were the meatball appetizer and corn side. Our server was top notch. Unfortunately the noise level and bad steak may kill a third visit as most of our group of five was not impressed.
Food was excellent, and I love the family style. Drinks were superb. However, ambiance was so loud that I couldn’t hear anyone at my table. I don’t picture a nightclub atmosphere when I think of a high end steak and seafood place. My ears are still ringing. The noise was not pleasant, but a mix of a lot of people trying to speak over excessively loud music. Good music, but obnoxious teenager loud. The wait staff were phenomenal. They wrapped the tomahawk bone in foil and allowed me to take it home for my dogs. They answered all our questions. They also didn’t return every 5 seconds to ask over and over if everything was ok like a cheap restaurant would. Their responses were always classy and professional.
This was my first time and it was exceptional. The service was flawless, every server helped out with each section by picking up plates, our water was never low, and the food came out very fast. The beef tartar was a perfect starter for our meal. The sides are larger than expected, so you can definitely take some home with you. I got an 8oz filet mignon and my boyfriend got a 14oz ribeye. The atmosphere of the restaurant and the service is what will bring me back. If you're staying in the Design District or are in Dallas, check out Town Hearth!
