Oh the tower club.. another OVER Rated disappointing company. The only thing they care about is your initiation fee( yes I’m a member). The ENTIRE staff has a I don’t care, we just want your money attitude which is disgusting. Thought about having renting out the entire floor for a birthday party, but they can even keep their staff employed. They can’t even return an email or phone call in a timely manner. They give you the complete run around. Cindy was rude and now she’s gone. The only nice person there was Blaine and now she’s gone as well. Save your money and valuable time folks and plan you party somewhere else. ZERO stars!
The membership process is horrible and unprofessional. I scheduled a time to tour tower club. I was notified by Jane Nicholson prior to my scheduled appointment they don’t do tours on Saturday and Sunday, all of a sudden. I attempted to reschedule and received no response. I’d encourage any and everyone to seek membership with a different establishment! This club makes rules when it’s convenient for them, instead of following through with what was agreed on. I’d understand if an event caused the re-schedule, but I specifically asked if tours were available Saturday & Sunday. To be mislead and provided incorrect information, only to not be responded to is wrong.
The view is amazing. The espresso martini was decadent. We met some fabulous people from Kansas City, Missouri and they came up and welcomed us. The Tower Club is inclusive for all. I was very impressed. Also, Rebecca who I believe is the greeter was kind and knowledgeable. She smiled the entire time and she offered to take our group picture. I'll definitely be joining in the future.
My bf has a membership here. I’ve come here twice, once for lunch once for dinner. Great views, great atmosphere, food is pretty good, and waitstaff is super nice and accommodating!
I've talked to 3 people thereabout membership andpossibly renting out spacefor a wedding party. Staff neveranswers you back via email/phone, takes down no noteson questions I had, brushedme off to another managerand said email and ask him all yourquestions, zero knowledgeabout the facility, zeroknowledge about other clubswe would have access to andto what extent, zeroknowledge about currentmembers and theirdemographic and zeroknowledge about memberpricing and discounts. Don'twaste your time!
Attended a Dinner in the Dark event here. The event was awesome and definitely one of a kind. 48th floor views over downtown Dallas didn't hurt either! The tower club was neat and tidy, almost boring. It was 6pm on a Tuesday so I didn't expect it to be busy. Service is par for an upscale setting. Not too much though that it was awkward. Drinks were very good and not over priced at all. There was "service charge" of 20% automatically added to the bill you didn't know about until you get the check. All in all a nice place
