Stopped in for lunch on a Sunday after a walking tour. Everyone in our party order different salads and they were all amazing. The fruit and walnut salad, summer peach salad and ahi tuna salad, everyone raves about their choices. Lots of fun cocktails, was a little loud but did not bother us.
Do your self a favor and get on in here. Everything we ordered was amazing! The Lobster Fondue! Lobster and brie?! Who knew?!? The spinach that came with my chicken was probably the biggest surprise star of the evening! The ambiance was fun and it's right beside the giant eyeball sculpture! Our server, Chris, was awesome. He gave excellent recommendations. When it was time for dessert we asked his preference between the creme brulee and OG cake. He told us the owner's mother makes and delivers that cake twice a week! How sweet is that? It was so goooood! He also told us that there's a lobster grilled cheese at lunch. I'm definitely coming back for that!
Great atmosphere, average food, presentation is nice but nothing special , appetizers were so so , black and blue salad was ok. Still nice to be in
#TheWoolworth is a must visit, it’s hidden downtown Dallas, seated right next to the Eyeball. It’s got a nice ambiance. Either indoor or on the patio. Some cool picture spots. It was sunny (we got there around 12ish on a Thursday) so we avoided the patio, however I’m sure it might be a better option for a late evening visit.Tatianna attended to us and her service was absolutely top-notch. I found out later she is Cameroonian, amazing lady.Their cocktails are really good. I’ll recommend the ‘That’s what she said’ yup that’s the name.Their Crab Nachos a house specialty, is a must try. I loved it. The fresh salmon with mashed potatoes mixed with lobster and house salad was a hiiiiiit.Since I had burned extra calories today. I had some dessert. Long description ?but I remember we choose the 1st & 2nd option on their dessert menu. Pound cake and OG cake with all the extras. It was gooooooooood?.I ate 5hours ago, I’m still super stuffed ?? I’ll definitely recommend for a date or just for good food & vibes. It ticked all the right boxes.A bit Pricey but well worth it! Less I forget, there’s a couple of parking garages adjacent to the restaurant. Unfortunately they don’t have an hourly rate so you’ll have to pay for the day or look for a valet around. Visit and lemme know if you feel the same way?.
Had a wonderful dinner served by a fun waiter. All the staff were very friendly and offered great service. The balcony was fantastic and overlooked the 'eyeball' art installation in the adjacent park. Lots os jokes to be made about the eyeball.
We were headed farther downtown and our daughter said "let's stop there!" Needless to say, we didn't make it to our destination. The ambiance is perfect, there's the Dallas Eye/neon sign right out the windows and retro inside! Our server Colin M totally nailed it. He's a gem and we were ready to come back! Angel the manager was awesome. We did brunch the next day and invited more family. Everyone enjoyed their food and drinks. Serving size was more than ample!
The Woolworth is located on the second floor. There is a nice balcony area, making it possible to dine outside also. The menu has both well-known and more innovative items, including a large selection of cocktails and craft beers. We had some great food and beer and enjoyed very good service.
This is a great place to sit outside on the terrace overlooking "The Eyeball". Quick, friendly service. Decent food with reasonable prices. Center of town -- easy walking distance from the Convention Center.
Meh. Servers were on the arrogant side, but not sure why. The pasta sauce was extremely watery and just okay, definitely a lot better options in the area. Portions are substantial though.
It was our first time eating here and the food is the bomb. If we could kiss the cook we would. We orders crab nachos as appetizers. My hubby had migas and I had The Hangover. That first bite was heaven. The egg, ham, bacon, hash-brown and bread was ecstasy in my mouth. This food will have you roll your eyes back. Our waitress Lina Z was very helpful from the beginning to the end. She gave us history on the giant eye and told us about the attractions nearby. We will definitely come back.
