Our server was so attentive and made the experience seamless. She knew the menu and provided several suggestions we appreciated. The person who brought our coffee with dessert brought cold milk. I asked to get it heated and she was so kind to steam the milk for me so not to make my coffee cold immediately. Thank you for a fantastic experience. We enjoyed the comfortable table where we were seated. Conversation was easy with my friend. We enjoyed catching up with each other today at The Porch. Thank you for a great experience.
Dom is an amazing GM. She is great with guests as well as how she treats her staff. We had a wonderful dinner at The Porch.
Our server, Jessica, was amazing! Honestly, she provided the best service we have had at restaurants since the pandemic started. Friendly and attentive, we hope to have her every time we come to the Porch!
Service was excellent and the food was great. Especially the Cobb salad with crispy fried checken and plenty of avacodo
We had a waiter that ignored us most of the time we were seated. He would walk right past us we would wave our hand try to get attention he would look at us and keep walking. Additionally he would disappear for long periods of time without coming back to bring us food, refresh our drinks, bring us our drink order from the bar. Other wait staff had to step in to help at our request. When confronted with this the waiter chose to become confrontational instead of offering an apology or explanation.
Table was wobbly due to outdoor floor being uneven.
