Just like the original pancake House in Addison this location serves warm vibes and even hotter foods.Service was OKbottomless coffee with hot and freshEvery time I come I like to try different breakfast items they have an apple pancake which is an amazing dish. And then breakfast tacos substitute the pork for turkey sausage links. House salsa was really good.I really like the cleanliness of the place.
I was excited to try this place but a little disappointed in my service and food. Workers were cleaning tables then passing out utensils with bare hands. How are we to know if their hands were sanitized ? Pancakes had great flavor but I went looking for fluffy pancakes. Our pancakes were just 1 step away from being crepes. Very thin and not fluffy at all !! I also didn't understand why our food had to be paid for before we even finished our meal. We received our receipt right after receiving our food. My fiance's pancakes were very thin and small and he wanted to order more but since we had already received our receipt prior to even finishing our food we just decided to go ahead and leave. Sad to say we'll probably never return because these pancakes and service were just not what we were looking for
Is the Dutch Baby worth it?You've probably seen this item on the menu, and also seen the disclaimer about the extra prep time. If you're anything like me, the Dutch Baby is an item you always considered, but never tried. Well, today, I decided I would finally order one.Overall, it was delicious, but I doubt I'll order it again. As soon as we were seated, I went ahead and asked for the item to be started while my companion looked over the menu for his choice. Honestly, it didn't seem to take much longer than any other items, but if you want one, ordering as soon as you sit is a good idea.The pancake itself was delicious, it was the consistency, flavor, and texture of a few crepes stacked on top of each other, with a little extra fluffiness. As good as it tasted, it wasn't really impressive. There is no way I could have ate anything in addition to the Baby, in fact, I had about 3 bites left that I just couldn't finish. I would have been happier with an omelette, or a combination of items, rather than just one giant pancake. It was way too sweet, I definitely prefer more savory items for breakfast. The Baby was more like a dessert than an entree.If anything, I think it would be a good choice to order one for the table, and everyone can try a bite or two with their other food, but unless you like dessert for breakfast, it will leaving you wanting something more. Perhaps next time, I'll try their other signature item (the apple pancakes).As always, the overall experience didn't disappoint. The staff are experts at handling crowds and the busy volume, so any waiting is made up for by their efficiency. I'll be back, but I don't think I want another baby at the Pancake House.
Food was amazing even tho it came cold due to my Grubhub driver not picking it up on time. This is the first place in the states I’ve had crepes that actually taste how crepes are supposed to taste. Would definitely recommend and will be eating there again.
We were seated as soon as we arrived. Our waitress was friendly and checked on us frequently. Hubby had the ham and cheese omelet with bacon and salsa. I ordered the waffles with fresh slices of strawberries and asked for a "sick amount" of fresh whipping cream. The food was hot and I had plenty of cream for my waffles. The coffee is especially tasty and strong! Sorry for not taking any photos but we were very hungry.
This wasn't our first time visiting. But, my first time writing a review. First, I checked in at the wrong location!! The manager was nice enough to accommodate us at there location. Giselle, was our waitress. She was very attentive made sure we were well accommodated. Engaged in some small talk , very pleasant. The food is always great!! We had the omelette for the first time! It was light and airy and DELICIOUS ?? Love the new bacon options and the updates on the menu!!

This is the OG pancake house. The Dutch Baby is amazing, corn beef is perfecting, bacon is the best around. Service today was excellent, not a long wait either. Our server kept the cups full, and was very attentive. I have been a fan for a long time of this restaurant and today proved me right. I am a fan for life.
The service was amazing, we called to make reservations for our young adults with special needs Alex gave us amazing service had the party room for us, Lashonte our waitress was absolutely one of the best waitresses I have ever seen. Highly recommend this place and the workers
It's was worth the wait! Our server was attended, kept us with delicious fresh coffee! The food was delicious followed with freshly squeezed orange juice!
