Brunch was good. Dinner was too foodie for me, but we found things we could eat, and I am sure there are people who want that. So ignore the forced answer below. It would depend on the tastes of the friend.
From the ambience, to the wait staff; from the food to the drinks, everything about this restaurant is pleasing. The sommelier is so knowledgeable and does a great job pairing every meal with the perfect wine. Such a wonderful experience. We will be back for sure!!!!

Took some customers for lunch. Everyone was fantastic and the food was one of the best I have had in awhile. All of my guests were very happy with their dishes.
Ate & stayed here for an anniversary dinner. Staff was excellent. I let them know it was for an anniversary when reserving dinner, and there was a note about the anniversary on the table. Great ambience. Highly recommend

Our family of 6 enjoyed a special evening at The Mansion to celebrate our granddaughter's 13th birthday. It was at her request we dine there although we haven't been in quite some time. The experience could not have been more pleasant. Our server was most gracious, helpful and fun. Wish I could recall his name, but he did say he has been working there for 30 years. His professionalism really made our experience, and our granddaughter's birthday a night to remember. A real plus was the option of ordering from a vegetarian menu; great since one member of our family is vegan and our server saw that her meal contained no meat or dairy but was equally delicious. All and all, we had a lovely evening and will return more often.

We went with friends for Sunday brunch. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meals except for me. I had the Biscuits and Gravy and it was meh. Service was fairly attentive.
