Our server was Ace Ventura who was terrific but I got to say, Dorie, Forte Night, and all the other servers in character were a blast. Went for the first time with my husband, Son, his wife and two children and everyone had a great time. Everyone had good customer service! Characters played their roles perfectly. Was laughing and enjoying ourselves the whole time. Great memories!
I love, love, love the magic time machine restaurant! We try to go every birthday. My favorite character is captain jack sparrow & gru!
the characters had pieced together outfit that appeared old and dirty, seemed like a bunch of young kids running the place and the customers didn't matter much. i wnated this to be a special experience for my grandson (5yr old) and the characters didn't care much at all. Queen of hearts was so rude to him because he is a quiet kid & he didn't understand what she wanted him to say. the food was ok, at least it didnt make me sick but the place was old & dirty.
This was my first time here. We made a reservation and were seated promptly. The restaurant wasn't busy at all so we had some space to walk around after we ordered. The decor was pretty neat. It was my daughters 8th birthday and she absolutely loved all of the different themes. Now, for our server, we did have to wait a very long time to receive our check, after she took our order we rarely saw her. I don't blame her for that at all, being a server is no easy task! It's exhausting to say the least. Our server was Miss Piggy, she was incredibly rude. Honestly, she was just plain mean. She made it very obvious that she had no time for our table when she blatantly told us she had no time for us along with various other snarky remarks. We all felt very uncomfortable and not welcomed. I just wanted to get out of there. The food was decent, I had the salmon and rice which both were dry. My husband had a burger and that was really good! Our other four people said their food was good as well. When it comes to the mediocre food with a high price, I know you really pay for the ambiance. At the end, our server got a friend and they sang happy birthday to my daughter which was super fun! She got a cookie with a scoop of ice cream as well. I thought the restaurant was clean and very well put together.
Our family had the best time there! loved that every booth was a different theme and the wait staff was dressed in costume. They also had a balloon man, an artist drawing pictures and a magician walking around. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back
It was a cool place to take my daughter and have a family meal. Boy there sure is a lot to see in there with all the different themes. I wasn’t super impressed with the quality of food but it wasn’t terrible. We did have some cool pictures taken to remember the experience
We absolutely loved it here, my kids loved the fact they could get up and get autographs from all the characters, and the kids can dress up as well, everything is decorated in each sitting area, they come to your table and take your picture, and have a balloon artist who comes to your table, another artist who draws your picture, the food was also delicious and very well portioned they also make potion drinks for the kids, the salad was yummy as well, very kid friendly, it was our first time here and we loved it we will make it a habit to start coming here every 2 weeks from now on
Let me just say... Mrs. Incredible. She was amazing. My family and I had a INCREDIBLE *wink wink* time! Food was good, but service was amazing. All of the characters stayed in character away and at tables. The atmosphere was very unique and I would definitely recommend this restaurant experience to people of all ages. Our server, Mrs. Incredible, had fun banter with my young niece and great jokes with all of my family. Will be coming back ✨
In the Dallas area looking for a fun evening? This is the place, whether you have a family or not. Themed rooms, school bus, rocket ship, library, Ghostbusters, and amazing food Steak, ribs chicken. Alice our server was truly fabulous and fun. AND Ron who does balloon figures. Well just say he is a Guinness world record holder
I made reservations for our evening 2 weeks in advance, and when we got there we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated and another 20 minutes to be greeted at the table with a really snarky smart mouthed waitress. We were polite and tolerant, and never once complained. appetizers took almost an hour. The salad looked days old and was dry. While sitting, a character waitress talks loud and obnoxious to one of our guests "what does your uniform say? What does the patch say?" and catching him off guard he jokingly said " it says go away' and she goes "well" and turns around. This is the Jesse from toy story character that had no business being in our area to begin with. When our meals end and we pay, our waitress asks the birthday boy if he'd like a dessert and he said no thank you, and she said she had something small for him anyway. She brings back a plate with whip cream and a candle and tells him to blow his wish out, She brought the rude Jesse character with her to sing to him and after one happy birthday they said they didn't feel like cleaning the restaurant. Very wierd. Then our waitress goes "he blows good" and the Jess character goes "like his mama". What on earth just happened here and why would you talk like that in front of a child that is celebrating his birthday? We complained to the manager and he was so dismissive and honestly didn't care, one of our guests told the Jesse character that what she said was so inappropriate and she was like "whatever". WOW. We've been visiting this place for years for birthdays and have NEVER experienced such trashy service. It will be our last visit. I will be contacting corporate and sending them video where I have her saying exactly what she said. Completely uncalled for. Trailer Trash at its finest. Find somewhere else to visit. It's not worth one penny of this disgusting establishment.
