I just had an overnight staycation at the Warwick Melrose hotel and it was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend joining The Journey Club to secure the best rates for this hotel and also earn points. Everyone at the hotel was extremely attentive and friendly providing an excellent guest experience. The hotel has beautiful old world charm décor yet full of modern amenities. We had a fabulous experience at the LeSpa and highly recommend the hot stone massage. We spent the afternoon at the pool which was relaxing and very enjoyable with lots of shade options available to hide from the Texas heat if you need. Angela in the Library Bar was fantastic and we had a very delicious Beef Tenderloin for dinner. Our room was beautiful, large bathroom, dressing room, electronic plugs for laptops and fantastic lighting. Beds and pillows were luxurious and comfy. I can't say enough wonderful things about this gem of a hotel. Andrew Wright the General Manager has done an amazing job maintaining 5 star service across all departments.

The Warwick Hotel is a great place to stay. Thank you, Brandon, for the excellent service and smooth check-in that felt personalized. The rooms are in good condition and the bathrooms are charming. In addition, the pool area is awesome for relaxation.

Elegant ambience friendly staff drinks ? are high priced but I think it’s expected. Live music was enjoyable.

The Library has a great menu and their salads are fresh and delicious ?. They have live music in the evening and it seems to be a very popular spot.

The service during happy hour was very pleasant. I completely enjoyed my adult cocktail. It was called a Melrose something or other .. and it was terrific! I highly recommend trying it. The Angus Burger and fries was OK but nothing to write home about. I was hungry and I did eat it but the cocktail was far better !

Long story short my I checked my luggage with the front desk for a few hours before heading to the airport. When I went to get my bag I noticed that the handle had been ripped off. I stayed calm realizing that mistakes happen and hoping that the Warwick and the manager Joy would make it right. Even though it took a little extra time waiting to hear from her she definitely made up for the mishap and I left the situation with a smile on my face knowing that there are still people and places out there that care about the customers experience. Thank you!

We enjoyed a welcoming experience at this historic hotel. The location is fantastic and the staff very friendly. Public area is quite small and parking was a bit of a trick so ponied up for the $32 valet service. My first room had a non-functioning A/C which doesn’t work on a Dallas afternoon in May, so was moved to a much nicer room - wish I had it to begin with - which had A/C. Worked out fine. I’d come back - the ultimate review, right?

This just isn’t a 4 star hotel. 2 stars at best, which is very misleading. Interior is extremely outdated both in the rooms, hallways and lobby and although it’s a beautiful building, there are ways to maintain the historic charm with the update this place needs. It honestly feels a bit eerie and should not be at the price point it’s at.

A lackluster performance by the Landmark Restaurant in the historic Melrose Hotel in Dallas. 175.00 wasted on a very unimpressive Easter/Passover Brunch Buffet. Gone are the lavish Holiday Buffet’s this once grand hotel was known for.

Terrible sleep! Woken up by 6am by construction. This hotel fails at the basic. My Wife and I stayed here for a weekend getaway from the kids but woken up by construction instead. The service, spa and bar are really nice. The Library Bar has great live music.
