CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT QUALITY: I purchased the 5 Day Diamond Cleanse on Monday, 9 Aug., for a scheduled pick up for Tuesday at noon. This was a $299.39 purchase, which included a $45 tip. I figured with all the great reviews, the tip warranted what I thought I'd be receiving in return. As of Tuesday at 1130 am, my ordered hadn't been accepted nor prepared by this Luther Lane location. After I called the location to see why, I was told that my order was nowhere to be found and that I must have the wrong location. The young lady who answered the phone asked for my number so that she could call me back. I suggested she also take my order number. She took it down and proceeded with she would try to locate my order and call me back. 15 mins after the phone call ended, I received a phone notification stating my order was ready for pickup. I drove to the Luther Lane location to pick up my order. Once I walked in to the store, I was not greeted as a customer and there was no enthusiasm from the workers. I proceeded to the counter to retrieve my order, and I was told that I would be receiving my 2 Days worth that Tuesday, and would have the come back and get the other 3 Days on Wednesday. I thought that was odd! As I started my cleanse Wednesday morning, and thought it would have made more sense for me to retrieve that next 3 Days on Thursday. Either way, I was given my 2 days and wasn't told anything else but that. I called Wednesday, 10 May, around 10am to schedule a pick up time for the next 3 days. I was told that the serving had already been made and ready for pick up. Again odd to me, as I was unable to pick up that day and had to go on Thursday. Considering that the juice is freshly made, I don't understand why the scheduling of a cleanse pick up is an issue for this place. Especially after going in on Tuesday and all the workers appear to not want to be there, and had the facial expressions of clock watchers. When I arrived Thursday, I received the best customer service from Lyla. She not only was happy to assist me, she also informed me on how I should be taking the cleanse. She actually lead with a smile and seemed to be the only person who wanted to be in this place. Her commitment and dedication to providing great customer service, is what I was looking for that Tuesday.As for as the cleanse, the taste and textures were unsatisfactory. Very bland, and I didn't taste any of the ingredients on the label. Day 3 is when I usually start to feel the pros of a cleanse. Since it's only day 2, I will come back for another review at the end. I am an avid juicer. Every 4 months I do a 5 day cleanse. I try to give every juice bar in Dallas the opportunity to WOW me. Especially if there are good reviews. Unfortunately, this place did not. I will stick with Clean Juice before going here again. Better tasting product, and way better customer service.16 May 2022: I felt no benefits of this juice cleanse. I honestly believe it was form the lack of a quality product!
I'm not sure if the old broke down looking blonde lady is the owner or manager but she should stay in the back. I've never had a bad experience until i encounter her. She is rude and should treat her employees better.
Terrible customer. The OLD blonde lady didn’t acknowledge my presence until she greeted and gave orders to people who came in after me. My order wasn’t ready and she left an item off. The rest of the staff is great!

Ive never had a smootie today was my first time I had the berry splash and I must say it was GREAT! All the ladies behind the counter was AWESOME!!
During a recent visit, I noticed the following:1. An increase in pricing across various items. One example, the hummus is no longer accompanied with raw veggies. Such is now a separate offering. Etc. Analyze price-value with care.2. The menu is unclear. There are 3 sizes (10 oz, 16 oz, 24 oz) but yet 2 prices (16 oz, 24 oz) listed on their main menu for their beverage offerings. Be mindful of such when you order. 10 oz is truly an expensive “kids-sized” cup.3. Regarding ice in smoothies. This response was received from the General Manager directly: “We do add a small amount of ice to some of our smoothies for better consistency.” Note, there are other organic smoothie shops in town that do not dilute their product by adding ice.4. Overall quality, taste of product + cleanliness of environment are good. I had a small hiccup occur regarding my pre-packaged food order (some things are difficult to prevent) but management was quick and accommodating.
I walked in early this morning for a juice and immediately walked out as soon as the lady ( Mary Kate or Mary Katherine) who was saying to everyone she was one of the owners talk down to one of her employees when she was just doing her job from what I saw. I’ve never been so disgusted and disappointed especially when it’s one of the owners herself doing it. I would rate it a 0 but had to put a 1 star to just write this review.
Amazing smoothie! Try the crown jewel…you won’t be disappointed!
This place is awesome!!!! The food is delicious and healthy and so are the smoothies.
