Awesome spot and good vibes, the food off the chain and the customer service awesome.
Make sure you have nothing planned for 4 hours because that’s how long it will take for your food to come out…cold! I’m very upset with the services we had today for my sisters birthday. Arrived at 125pm and had to wait an hour for drinks. Didn't receive our food until 3:45-3:57 pm. The “Manager” did comp some of the meal and brought out shots because he was called out for sitting with his friends smoking hookah and passing out drinks, but you have tables waiting on drinks and food. He didn't care about what was going on until we said something. I've attached pictures so you can see who the fake Manager is and how they provided silverware to us.Again, everyone has a different experience and maybe yours will be ok, but I do not recommend this place and I will not be back.
Please consider revising your primary entrance. The entrance near the parking lot at the back of the building was locked. The patio entrance was blocked off with a sign. Customers are forced to walk on a street onto oncoming traffic to access the sidewalk to get to the front of the building. The food was mediocre at best and took forever to come out. I was surprised my greens were ice cold. Lol. Other members of my party were disappointed and sent their food back so I decided to keep mine and take it home. The greens were better once warmed up. I love the atmosphere and am hopeful management will take the recommendations in this review and others to improve their customer’s overall experience. Hoping to give this restaurant another try in a few months once improvements are made. I am hopeful. ?
Two of my party at the same table on the same day ordered the shrimp and grits. The orders came out completely different: one with thick grits, 6 shrimp, and no vegetables; the second with runny grits, 5 shrimp, and vegetables. Our table received our food at different times. 2 of our party were served within 10 minutes, 5 within 35 minutes, and 2 after an hour of ordering food.
We arrived for our reservation and were immediately chided for coming in the side door, “You’re supposed to come in the front door, but I’ll take you,” (many others came that way after us and received welcoming treatment). We were then shown to our table and I was advised against the seat I had chosen since I would be uncomfortable with people using the side door and trying to get by even though there was plenty of room.We ordered and some of our party’s meals were delivered with promises that the rest would be delivered soon. By the time the delivered food was consumed about 20 minutes had passed and the server came to advise that some equipment was broken and the two people who had been waiting would need to order something else. They elected not to order at that point given that everyone else had finished and shared what we could so everyone got to eat.The food we got to share was good, but very overpriced (two chicken tenders and two waffles for $24.00 is obscene).Some customer service improvements are needed here before I would go back. The hostess needs retraining. However they feel about their own rules and policies should not turn into snide comments to customers. Waiting 20 minutes to advise a customer that their meal cannot be made is not the best practice either.
The food was EXCELLENT!! Pretty good customer service. I got a vibe that they have some loose ends that have to be addressed. I also think it was EXPENSIVE. I was thankful it was good but it was still not fairly priced in my opinion. I would like to add I built my own dish because I am a simple girl when it comes to my food. Even though I cut out most of the meal they still charged me the same which is common. I'll be back after 2 next time because I was told it's live music then.

Went on 2 separate occasions (both Sundays)The food is delicious! The Live Band is a nice touch. If it's just a party of 2 or 3 you're good.. on my second visit a large group, the experience was not good...We were not served water, I had to ask..the waitress did not know the menu at all .Our food came out separately (even couples who ordered together) 50 minutes to an hour apart..I spoke with the owners who was very nice and apologetic. I will give them another try just No more large groups.
My friends were in town for a Oneus concert. This restaurant was close to the venue, so we dipped in for lunch. The food was absolutely delicious and the server was really sweet.
