I loved the crab cake benedicts! Great food and service. We would go more often if we could afford it.
Friendly service, lovely atmosphere, and tasty food. The negatives--poor service (Gave me the wrong drink and never came back to check in. After 15 min, went to front desk for help. Also, misquoted price for drink and didn't honor it, just apologized. Water only filled at end of meal.) Food was horribly cool. It could have been a good meal but when soup, entrees, sides--everything is cool, not even slight warm, it's a bad meal. I didn't like paying 22% gratuity for very poor service.

The server came to the table to bring our first drink & to pick up the gratuity at the end. Never did he return to ask for refills. We called on him by waving him down but he was just zooming past us multiple times. I felt ignored by your waiters or servers, all on the floor. A sweet Latino lady refilling the waters offered to get us someone to take our drink orders. As tough and hard the bloody prime rib was, the raw Brussels sprouts & the raw, multi colored carrots, we definitely needed more drinks. Food selection should of taste better. I’m disappointed with the service. I should of went with Del Frisco Steakhouse or somewhere similar for the price that was paid here. They never disappoint. I did not sign for additional gratuity.
Beautiful wood paneling on floor, columns, walls and ceiling beams. Giant fan shaped bay windows with amazing vistas of downtown on one side and uptown on the other. Large kitchen and buffet serving counter. South facing rooms have plush inset booth seating and an ornate bar room. Surprisingly good acoustics and plenty of functioning outlets.
Valentine dinner. No complaints. Didn't rate 5 stars because things were good but not great. Might be because it was VD; lots of diners. They did offer to seat us at the prime table (next to arched window). What would have made it 5 stars? A little better service (less rushed/more personable). Interior looks slightly dated. "Wow" food. Better value for the $.

Drawing at the Crescent Club was thoroughly enjoyable. The room has a calm atmosphere that made me feel at home. I hope that I'll get to draw here again soon.
