Nice respite from the action around the airport. Have membership with Chase Sapphire card and able to bring in one guest each for my spouse and me. Food and drinks included, but tips appreciated. If you're travelling a lot, it's well worth the price. Mixed drinks, beer and liquor are available whenever they're open except Sunday mornings.
I'd hardly call this place a lounge. The 5-star reviews here must be either very old, or from people that were paid for a good review. This place is basically a seating area that is part of the terminal. The bathroom was out of order and the nearest restroom was downstairs and around the corner in the terminal. The "buffet" was absolutely gross. The person that polices the buffet was rude. The lids on the hot food items were closed, so I asked what was available. He just grabbed the most disgusting "omelette" I had ever seen and handed it to me on a plate, then turned away. A muffin from the buffet was hard on the top, it seemed at least several days old. The people that work there are also looking a little ragged compared to every other lounge. After 10 minutes we left and went to the Centurion Lounge instead. Stay away from this place unless you hate yourself and want to try your hand at masochism.
This really is a poor lounge why would anybody pay to come in here? If it was part of my credit card perk I wouldn’t. Surely the credit card companies are being charged a premium. The food/snack offerings are pathetic being offered in a cramped tight environment. I sat in here for about 10 minutes then decided to grab a coke and go sit at my departure gate for the next 2 hours. I’m guessing the excellent reviews are those who like to sit at the bar and enjoy he free booze.
The best lounge I ever been! Staff is very friendly, everything is very clean and drinks are delicious. Please, tip the staff ❤️
Disappointing. I usually fly Delta and have access to Sky Clubs, but last week my wife and I were on American and we stopped at this Priority Pass lounge during our connection. Modest selection of decent food (the soup was good) and beer, but space was very limited and mostly filled with unmasked people eating and drinking. We had to walk out to the open area near the bathrooms to feel comfortable. Not a great place to be during a Covid surge.
Far less impressive than the Centurion Lounge. I can only imagine coming back here if it was immediately adjacent to my gate or if it was after the Centurions hours (The Cub is open 3hr later).Check-in line was long and slow. Common areas are tight and crowded (the portion across the hall from check-in smells musty). It’s only superior feature is the grab and go bar that has foods convenient to bring on your flight.
I just experienced racial discrimination at the DFW Club Lounge at terminal D mezzanine level above gate D25 at approx 3:45pm on 12/3/2021 with the white skinny male at the front desk. Photos attached of the white skinny male Karen calling the police on me to have me removed because I’m Asian. I have an active priority pass membership and he denied my entry despite chase credit card and priority pass confirming my active membership and advised that airport lounges can easily look this up and allow access. He said he will not look up my membership even though all airport lounges have done so for me in the past. He then called the police to have me removed because I was “trespassing on private property.” The police advised me to escalate this/file a complaint as clearly I wasn’t a disturbance and none of us could see a reason why he wouldn’t allow me in. It was clear discrimination. They did all they can to help me (located phone numbers to call) and were very sympathetic. I took photos as well. I gathered that this was a recurring incident. There was no reason for him to deny access besides the fact that he did not want me there based on my race. We asked the same front desk male (who claimed he was the supervisor) to provide us some sort of contact info or business card and he refused. Zero cooperation to the point where guests behind me in line tried to offer to help provide me customer service phone numbers and their own guest passes to let me into the lounge. The front desk male refused their offer and wanted me out. It’s very shocking to me that a racist would be allowed to turn away guests for solely the reason of their race or ethnicity. Unacceptable and disgusting. This hateful human shouldn’t be interacting with others in such a public establishment.
There are four sections. A food section with an attendant that shall pick up a food item off the buffet counter to hand to you. Breakfast runs until 11:30, then lunch starts. I wish they started serving lunch at 1100 due to running out of food. There is coffee & alcohol. However on Sundays they do not serve alcohol the mornings to comply with local laws. There is an open balcony. A semi quiet lounge that is perfect for reading. And a quiet area for snoozing. Be weary as the quiet areas are separate from the reception & unsecured from unsavory individuals. I wouldn't leave my items unattended
WIFI: Network is The Club DFW - RelaxPassword is: welcometotheclubCompared to the other clubs in other airports, this was an average experience. The two times I’ve visited here, once was so busy I had to go on a waitlist, and the other was empty enough for me to dine in. The service is somewhat slow, however the food is decent. The chicken gumbo was pretty tasty while not having much chicken itself. The prepackaged hummus, pita, vegetables, wasabi peas, etc. are all pretty good.Just like other lounges, this has a great coffee machine as well as a machine for all types of waters.Bar service is slow and it is tough to get drinks, so be sure to order as soon as you see someone working there!
Very nice helpful staff but way too popular one day but not so bad on another day. You have to pick out the items that They will bring you and there are lots of packages and not highest quality. They have showers but they were closed in September 2021 due to COVID. I felt a bit uncomfortable leaving my stuff out as anyone could walk up there back stairs to some open tables and chairs near the Club.
