Great meal! We celebrated my daughter’s 23rd birthday and they gave us a private room with a special note to her wirh confetti on the table! The food & wine was great and the service was excellent! Highly recommend

Ari and the rest of the staff were amazing

Friends getting together for a lengthy visit. Our hostess/server was fabulous. Wish I knew her name. She was so helpful, so pleasant. We enjoyed what we like to call, “an event”..not “just dinner”. Thank you for helping make that happen. We had a little bit of everything.. lamb chops, salmon, filet mignon. All were very, very good. Appetizers lobster crab cakes and calamari - both excellent. Dessert - two shared the coconut pie - loved and two crème brí»lée. The latter could have been a little less runny. Only negative critique for our entire meal.

Wonderful birthday celebration for my sister! Thanks..

Excellent meal and service!

The service was outstanding everything I order was outstanding as well all except one thing but I would and will be returning!! Love it

Always a treat to eat at The Capital Grille..regardless of the location. HIGHLY recommend it.

Amazing experience! 5 star service , ambiance, and food!!!

Disappointing visit. We were seated 15 minutes after our reservation and our server wasn’t as attentive as we’d expect. We weren’t warned that the kitchen would be closing early nor offered desert, one of our sides was forgotten, and a starter had clearly been sitting under the heat lamp and was greasy.

One of the worst experiences we have had at this particular Capital Grille. We have been dining here for the last 15 years and are appalled at the management and the hostess we encountered. It seems she brought her issues she was having in her life to work. She did not care for us requesting a different table than where she was seating us. Then, her supervisor informed her to seat us a different location.. She throws down the menus on the table and storms off. Unknown to her, she also threw her lipstick that she had been carrying landed on our table. In her crazed state, she did not realize she was stepping on a knife covered in ketchup in front of our table. When I brought this to her attention, well, you know……. It seems to be not her evening. This unprofessional and flippant attitude was beyond ridiculous. Is this location desperate for anyone without proper experience in customer service? This was the second time we experienced this service. There will not be a third time. So pitiful that they can’t hold passionate staff members.
