Incredible TEXAS BLT.Engulf, enjoy, reflect. Finally a BLT that’s made the right way…. Finally a fast meal in a spot that’s friendly, clean, easily accessible, and you can just hangout while they’re cooking your meal. Great atmosphere, Very clean…and it’s the perfect place to walk around with a date.
AMAZING. Late night and really craved sandwich(es). Me and my partner had the breakfast burrito and the chicken bacon rancher; someone also raved over the club sandwich to us. Food was made to order, hot and very fresh. The service was amazing (Eddie), and the atmosphere was very laid back. If you're ever looking for something delicious- at any hour- this is the place to hit up.
My boyfriend and I went here for late night food and it was perfect! Breakfast burrito and the chicken bacon ranch were both amazing and the fries were perfect. Staff was super friendly (Eddie and also the guy making the food) and personable with both us and other customers. All around great experience and can't wait to go again to try other stuff!
This little bodega is such a charming and inviting place. In true bodega style it has some items for purchase along with some food. It also has some table games to hangout and enjoy the day. I had the cubano which was absolutely excellent. Along with the season fresh chips that were crispy and tasty. If you want some good food and a nice relaxing place to hangout and eat this is a spot you should go to. Definitely recommend.
First time here and I ordered a Cuban Sandwich. I have to say this is the most disappointed I have been about food. This is the first time I get a Cuban sandwich without ham. Instead I got a sandwich with greasy and salty pork. You know when you bite something greasy and that fat stays on your lips and palate? That’s what it is like after every bite of this sandwich. For the price and the time I had to wait for it with no line (25 min or so) I expected something of better quality.
My friends and I had just come from a concert in Dallas and it was close to 10pm. I was craving some late night food and found this gem. This place is your one stop shop for drinks, burgers, and even acai bowls. The best part is that they make good quality food too. I got the chicken quesadilla with their home made salsa.THAT WAS FIRE!!! WITH HOMEMADE TATER TOTS. David is super nice and will hook you up with whatever you craving. Customize any burger or sandwich any way you like. Truly a gem for any concert goer looking for a snack or missed dinner
I am HUGE fan of the Bodega! Great place for quick hot food, some conversation, coffee and all sorts of other random stuff - whether it's a game of Chess with the owner (yea that happened), a vape refill, or some candy. convenient location. ive always received great service.
Its several shops in one. The coffee shop night rider was good. We ordered a sandwich at the food side and the guy waited 30 minutes before starting to make it. He was entirely uninterested in anything and seemed to not care a bit when we pointed put the delay.
Great place, they don't have USB cables (yet, hopefully) but they will charge your phone and you will have lotta fun with themThe veggie pizza is AMAZING10/10
I’m bracing myself here because it looks like the owner responds to all less than favorable reviews with hostility. The staff was friendly and the food was quick for being made fresh (hence the 3 stars), however their “chopped cheese” is not a NYC bodega style chopped cheese. I lived in NYC for years and was really quite excited to see a chopped cheese on a menu here in Dallas. So, I foolishly ordered it after confirming the ingredients, switching out the spicy mayo for yellow mustard (I know - NYC is spicy mustard…). What I wasn’t told in the ingredients list and didn’t know until after receiving my order was that the sandwich is topped with what looks like that canned yellow cheese sauce they put on nachos at high school football games. I figured maybe they gave me their Texas Cheesesteak Sandwich instead - mistakes happen. Nope. They put cheese sauce on their chopped cheese!! Rather than own that they do it different (which was fine, just wanted to know in advance, which is why I confirmed ingredients when I ordered) I was told this is how they are made in New York City. Where? What borough? If you Google “chopped cheese sandwich” there is no mention of a cheese sauce topper preparation. Anyway - tossed the sandwich (didn’t even ask for a refund - times are tough for restaurants, and I’m fine with a $12 lesson) and ordered an açaí bowl instead. Maybe their other food is good, but this is a cautionary tale for their chopped cheese specifically.
