For a Saturday night at 7:30 pm and being connected to the Galleria, the place only had a few guests which was good and bad. We usually go to the BF in Las Colinas but due to a concert taking place we picked this one as not all BF locations accepted reservations via the app and we needed an Ahi Tower fix. The Tower was prepared differently and not as good as past visits. Also had the Chilean Sea Bass appetizer and a variety of rolls for dinner. Bartender was friendly, Wait was attentive, ambiance enjoyable but could have used more people to create a more lively atmosphere. Because it was quiet, it made it easy for conversation. Would we dine again - yes
This is truly our favorite sushi / Japanese go to place! We've been coming here to this location since it opened and we just love it here! We like to eat in the bar area mainly because of Richard who is the best bartender we have ever had anywhere! Makes being there even more fun! Beautiful bar area and plenty of seating. Dining room is fabulous and the menu is outstanding We've tried a little of everything and can honestly say never had something we didn't love. Love the ahi tower, the Japanese fried chicken, the excellent sashimi choices and of course the saki and drink specials there are perfect. Can't go wrong here and we have been regulars for a few years. This new location is easy to find parking as well down below. Happy hour is 4-6 . Best Lychee Martini ever and try the seared Kobe beef or their famous ahi tower can't go wrong with anything!
Absolutely the best service EVER! Thank you, Richard for a wonderful experience. If we’re back in Dallas, we will be back!
Food is good. We got two Teriyaki Steak entrees, a firecracker sushi roll, and a salad with chicken. The salad is way overpriced for what it is though. They used to have a giant chicken salad with all sorts of crispy noodles, candied pecans & orange slices for the same price, but now itâs just an everyday side salad w/ chicken for $15. The pic shows what the salad used to look like. I didnât bother taking a pic of the one we got last night because it was uneventful and overpriced.
Great food my first time trying sushi and this place made me love it completely! Would definitely come back here again and the service is great very nice people.
Food was excellent! Great presentation! The service was great. Very reasonably price.
Nice bite sizes. Both the 121 roll and pinata roll were very good! The service was fast and considerate. Galleria this time of year is an annual thing for my family. We were sad to see "The Grill" gone as it had incorporated into the tradition. Blue Fish might be a bit more specific but I can easily see it becoming habit as well. Good stuff.
Food is excellent every time we’ve eaten here. Service is great! Prices, like all restaurants, have gone up now a lot so can’t go as often as we used to but Blue Fish is one of our go to restaurants because food is consistently great!!
Last minute stop but great experience. Brought my mother here for her birthday, and she absolutely loved it! Our waiter Sam was awesome, very attentive, and patient as it was my folks first time. Incredible plates, I don’t think you can go wrong with any dish here, and we had five different plates!Over all, I’d say this is the go to spot to get unique and flavorful sushi. Will definitely be back soon, also, I highly recommend the Miami vice dish, amazing! To drink I had two Long Island teas, which were nice and strong, well poured drinks!
I came during a pretty dead time and ended up seating myself because there was nobody at the host stand. The food was fine, but pretty expensive for what you get. Pictured food and drink was $50 pre-tip.
