Hot dog buns were soggy and fell apart. False advertising the best hot dog in DFW, not!
The smell of goodness is mouthwatering! I tried what was suggested by one of the hot dog stand employees. Cheddar Cheese and jalapeños with grilled onions! I added sweet dill, and man...it was delicious!! A coke and bag of chips hit the spot! ?

Took my kids there this evening. No masks on the help behind the counter as required by local Dallas requirements for food workers. We are regulars. But we won’t be back.
Wonderful place to get great hotdogs at a reasonable price. Great desserts are also available with multiple choices. Outside area available for people with their 4 legged friends.
Five of us stopped in for lunch on November 9, 2019. Well, actually, four of us had lunch. The four-month-old member of our party just hung around. Alas, I'm writing this over one and a half months after our visit, so I can't remember exactly what we ordered. I do remember, though, that the hot food was pleasantly tasty. Make no mistake about it, however. Wild About Harry's is all about the frozen custard, which is quite good. Also quite good was the friendly staff, headlined by Edith. Heck, I would return to this establishment just to banter with her for a spell. We shall gladly return to this venerable establishment--if only to enjoy the custard and the repartee with Edith and the staff.
This little stand is a great addition to the outside of Lowes. Coming out of Lowes to smell the amazing hotdog stand is good. They have excellent prices for their quality; I had a jumbo hotdog with pickle relish. Great quality, the guy behind the grill is jolly, and the price is great. Will be returning!
