I have never ever had good customer service here. My wife and I have tried several times to support this local business because we love local and love Lake Highlands (especially during covid). Each time we’re reminded why we shouldn’t go here anymore. I went a couple years ago with coworkers and were rudely told (by the manager) we were taking up too much space for the dinner rush in an empty restaurant. Resident Taqueria is our go-to destination for Taco Tuesday --- and occasionally on other days of the week as well. The staff is friendly, service is fast and everything is very fresh. They have great standard options, pork, chicken, carne asada, and many specialty tacos that you won't find in most taco shops like Fish Tempura, Falafel, Crab Cake and many others, and they are all EXCELLENT!

This spot is worth trying. They serve big portions for convenient rates. Always neat and with good character. Will come back again.
