My husband and I stopped in for a late lunch & ordered a few rolls - the Dallas roll and fried salmon roll. Both were absolutely delicious! The fish is very fresh tasting. The owner came over to our table and offered us complementary saki as well. What a great experience highly recommend!!!Second time - Just as great of an experience going again!!! We had the tempura green tea ice cream and the lobster roll. 10/10 highly recommend. Very tasty, very fresh and very generous portions. Service is great too. This is a great hidden gem on Greenville!!
Udon was amazing. The sushi was so different and delicious! I loved the atmosphere, really relaxed and chill vibes. The staff were so warm and professional!
This place was great! Probably one of the best rolls I've ever had. My friend and I ordered the salmon crunchy roll, pork dumpling ramen, and udon noodles(not pictured) everything was delicious and the service was friendly and fast.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The food was delicious! Ramen was on point and so was the sushi :) try the sake ? we’ll be back
I can't physically leave a one star review because of how absolutely amazing this place used to be. :( I understand COVID sucks and they're under new management, I'm honestly even OK with the prise increase! Food cost has risen and hopefully they're paying staff well so no worries there but ...... The quality decrease is DRASTIC. Given three chances since management change and literally every part of what we loved is gone. The udon was insanely salty and the curry was flavorless and watery. I wish them the best and hopefully see how many people here loved them and would be willing to come back if the quality increases again. ??
This is exactly a good place to hangout with family/friends. The foods are amazing and the atmosphere is calm and lovely. Definitely coming back next time for summer bridge rolls.
This place is mediocre at best. Not real authentic Japanese food, the sushi is very limited and the miso is way to salty and watered down. It’s not even a restaurant, it runs more like a cafeteria.Don’t waste your time. There are way better place to eat Japanese food in Dallas then this place.
I have only been here once so I can only rate it for the dish I had. I had Japanese curry (chicken cutlet with rice) and it was not good at all. The rice portion was so small and the sticky rice was so sticky that it was hard to separate it. The curry did not taste good. However, their complimentary salad was good. I have heard their bento box is good. I am giving 3 stars based on their easily accessible parking space, cleanliness and the cordial staff.
Still friendly and reasonably priced. Great little neighborhood place.
I’ve been going here for 12 years, and love it every time. Great food and small restaurant atmosphere.
