This is a fast food type taco place. We were in the mood for street tacos so we weren’t too put off. But then the lady behind the counter wanted to tell me it’s not Taco Bell after I asked for the corn shell to be crispy. I had to laugh because I’m sure I’ve had more Latino/Spanish dishes around the world than she ever will. Anyways… tacos were great; however if Taco Bell made a margarita I am certain it would be better than the one I had here tonight. The whole experience was ok, I would have suggestions for the business owner.
Been going here for years. Food is still great and so is the customer service. They now stay open until 9pm. Miss the self serve big containers for salsa….thanks Covid. If you have never tried you must stop by. You will not be disappointed.
I had a Freakin Vegan and Space Cowboy taco. Both were delish. They have 5 vegetarian/vegan options. So good!
Casual Taco joint. I stopped by for lunch and had chicken, beef, and shrimp tacos. Sort of pricey, but worth it! The shrimp & steak tacos were very good and the fresh green hot sauce had an enjoyable kick!
Surrounded by trendy apartments just west of downtown Dallas, this Tacodeli location is serving amazing tacos and coffee ☕️ ? for breakfast. We generally go for the breakfast, although they have lunch/dinner tacos also. I highly recommend the Veggie Nut Chorizo! The habanero salsa ? satisfies all spicy eaters. Great service by the staff and the food is always freshly prepared.
Great!! The Shrimp and Dulce tacos are AMAZING! The Mgrwas really nice! Definitely will return! ?
Consistently an excellent experience. Food is absolutely top notch and customer service is excellent. Side note: Always love to see a manager on staff engaged with the folks in his restaurant. Ill be back with friends in tow!
Victoria and her team craft a very well served, plated and stuffed taco. Spice is just right- paired with QUALITY ingredients. Everything we had was delicious and we will definitely go back. Can't wait to try the breakfast!!! Thank you Tacodeli for serving the freshest food.
Although their food is pretty good their customer service is terrible! Both times I visited I experienced not so good customer service... Tried to give them another try after the first time but nothing changed. The rude workers they have will definitely run this business right into the ground for sure. The food is already overpriced (3 tacos, a small bowl of rice and drink will easily be $20+) but with the unpleasant workers giving bad vibes it's simply not worth the visit.
As someone who is from Austin and grew up eating tacodeli on my way to play soccer on Saturday mornings, I have always loved having access to my hometown favorites in Dallas. But this was very disappointing. Ordered 10 tacos, 5 were missing avocado which we added @ extra $1 per taco, Pico @ $.5, and cheese @ $.5, so basically $10 worth of food we did not receive. all of the chicken tacos were incredibly dry and hard to even chew, one taco was so greasy it made everything in the bag an absolute mess. Will not be going back. Should replace with a torchys, at least they are consistent with the quality of food
