SweetGreen is great, but this one is lacking in many aspects.Every time I order food from here it is always 7-10 minutes ahead of pick up time. By the time I pick up the food and bring it back home the food is cold.One of the big reasons I like SweetGreen is for their warm bowls. Also hope that SweetGreen can come to Plano.
Checked out their lowest reviews, and they have definitely improved, the employees were sweet and move fast, they also are generous with the portions compared to the location in Deep Ellum, I ordered the Crispy Rice Bowl.(Photo is edited)
Best Salad I've ever had in my life. Try the create your own!!!!!!!! Or the Garden Cobb. So so good. I had 2 day's in a row. A lil pricey but well worth it for a salad. And very friendly staff. The lady that helped me was so nice and helpful on recommendations for the salad dressing. Just all in all a great experience I will tell everyone I know about.
They have a really good selection of fresh ingredients. You can make your own salad choices or go with some of their choices. My wife and I were pleased with what we picked. Their salad dressings were excellent.
Absolutely the NICEST people! Quincy took care of me and was super nice! The food is awesome and super fresh!! We are driving cross country and back to San Diego and we’re craving a healthy meal!! This pleaser is awesome and tasty! I would disregard the bad reviews! Thank you sweet greens of Dallas!
This is not it Sweet Green!! I had to order through the app because there are not enough employees to run the assembly line. It probably took me 15 minutes to download the app, create an account, add my card. The employees were not keen to help. I love Sweet Green but this was a horrible and not efficient customer experience.
So happy this location is so close to me. I used to live in the east coast and was sad to see Dallas didn’t have a location. Everyone is so nice here. Clean kitchen. I eat here 2-3 times a week.Keep up the great work guys.Guys at the front line are so friendly and efficient:)
gave me half portions for everything from the base salad to the cheese. had to pay for two portions of the toppings just to get a normal sized amount. if you’re paying $15 for a salad - it shouldn’t be met with a poor attitude and two cubes of chicken and two tomatoes. go to a different sweetgreen location or be careful who makes your salad.
I went to the Deep Ellum location. Unfortunately I was quite disappointed. The food was good. The service was good. The price and the portions were quite alet down. My sister and I had create your own sales and the total was $40!!!!There were 2 other people there when we went and the majority of the tables were dirty.Not sure but I don't think I'll be back........
This was my second time eating at Sweet Greens and I have to say I don’t think I will be eating here again. My first time was so amazing that I wanted to add this place to my fav restaurants but unfortunately that can’t happen. To have burnt broccoli that’s is suppose to be spicy, burnt sweet potatoes which makes the whole bowl taste burnt is disgusting not to mention all of that you are charged extra for. If you are going to charge for it at least make it edible. It was dry like you charge for everything add it on there. I had recommended to some family and friends I’m going to have to rethink that. Wouldn’t recommend sweet greens
