i don’t know why this is under gluten free options, but do not be fooled. their “flourless” option is actually a joke because it’s not gluten free for those who areceliac, it contains gluten but is advertised gluten free for the people who as quoted by the worker “choose it as a diet but not recommended for those who are celiac” so all in all they’re a fraud with no real gluten free options
I tried them for the first time yesterday. Took home a lemon and chocolate cupcake.The cupcakes were dry and tasted old. Both icings were good. I was disappointed. The staff was very friendly. They do not accept cash.
Planned to order a custom designed cake from Susie’s. Went in to place the order and was informed that they are not doing any design work cake. Website says they do the service and they have for years - it would’ve been nice ahead of time to know I needed to do the work somewhere else. Post changes on your website!
Cupcakes are good but way over priced. I ordered and paid on line but not allowed in the store without a mask. I would have left but had already paid for the order. They lost me as a customer.

I ordered the southern red velvet and it was DELICIOUS!!! It was as good as grandma’s. I added lettering and confetti sprinkles and the presentation and packaging were on point. Will definitely order cakes from here again.

Definitely overpriced and mediocre.Plus you need to wear a mask or they'll kick you out.Not even a post office is asking to wear a mask.If you are afraid of covid ask your employees to get vaccinated and wear a n95 mask...or close your business and stay home!
Carrot cake was decent, not the best, but too sweet actually It tells you not to put in the fridge and leave it out in room temperature. So we did, and when we cut the cake, it just crumbled and didn’t retain the shape of the cut. I was so embarrassed. Should’ve just gone to central market or whole food.
BEST CHOCOLATE CAKE EVER! Beautiful cake! It’s so delicious, so moist. Friendly staff. Can’t wait to try the other flavors !
