Overhyped chilis. Definitely just an experience you are sold. When walking out we ran into two young girls smoking a joint right outside restaurant that was ran by a lot of young kids. Waiter had a bad attitude and poor customer service. Food was ok.
Great vibe, great food. Our waitress wasnât so great, she seemed VERY shy but she may have been new. Overall experience was more than we expected
My kids have been begging to come here, so we made reservations to celebrate going back to school. Reservations seem to be a formality, as we waited 20 minutes for our table and were seated right after the walk-in who was ahead of us to check in with the hostess. Seems consistent with othersâ experiences per other reviews. When we were able to sit, the service was meh - wait staff was friendly and let us know they were short-staffed, which is rough, but it was a mess. My glass had red lipstick on it (ew) and none of our food came out together. We had to ask for our last entree and one of two milkshakes, and the entree was cold when it finally showed. Donât forget that there is mandatory 20% gratuity added to your bill - again, our waitress was sweet and pointed it out, but the restaurant shouldnât do that. Clocking in at over $50 per person (including a seven year old who shared my crepe), this place would be fine for pics and dessert if it was a specific wish of a kid. I wouldnât go for a meal and hope this checked the box for my kids.
The service took way to long, took a while to get just water when we sat down. The manager walked around not one time stopped by to see if everything was ok. Instead she sent another waiter. My daughter and her friend did not like the burgers. They are pricy for food to mediocre.
Overrated experience to say the least. The food is average at best...there's nothing here worth the price. Everything looks good on the menu but it's bland and not seasoned. Our group ordered a varied of things and every entree I tasted but bland. The pancakes were without flavor, regardless of color or toppings. This place really isn't nothing special for the price you're paying. To add insult to injury, there's a mandatory 20% added to every single bill and 3% of that goes to the house...17% to the server. If you have a $40 drink, then you're paying an extra $8.50 not including tax just for ordering it. It's seriously not worth the money you spend unless you like tasteless food that consists of dry pasta, unseasoned burgers, or cake-like pancakes with no taste.
Service was horrible. Gave us the wrong orders. Food has no flavor. They where out of slot of the drinks. Staff was not friendly or helpful. I will never go back.
So Fun!! Perfect surprise brunch for my daughterâs 15th bday! I was skeptical visiting Sugar Factory with multiple negative reviews, but overall great experience. Ceola was a fabulous serverâ¦very attentive, food served promptly. Yes, itâs pricey, view the menu before you go. Pick an early, less crowded time to avoid long wait times.
Iâve been to this location numerous of times and the service doesnât seem like itâs getting any better. Order a fish bowl drink and it was a fly in my drink however server did make another one. Took the server a while to place our order. Never received any refills. Water wasnât offered. The food is over priced but the experience is nice.
Fun time and great for that NY feeling.
Staff was wonderful but the food was terrible.
