GrubHub delivered my sub on time.I got a 12" tuna with (extra) provolone cheese, lettuce, green peppers, red onions, jalapenos, and mayo on an Italian herbs & cheese bread.I also got two days worth, I hope, of dessert.... Chocolate chip and raspberry cream(?).This is about the same kind of sub I always get . The tuna always tastes fresh, as does the bread. The ingredients were tasty.I recommend the extra provolone. It adds a layer of creamy to the chew.
I choose this subway out of the many in my area. It’s always super clean, professional and quick. The owner is such a sweetheart! Always giving out free cookies and drinks! His kindness is what makes me want to continue my business there! He is proof good people still exist so thank you!!
Manager/Owner is very friendly and gives great customer service. He keeps the store clean and running smoothly. This Subway has everything too - pizza, soup, and the veggie patty (for my veg friends).
make sure to ask for Ruben!!!! he does such a good job with customers. he even had patience waiting on my kids to decide what they want. he definitely made this visit worth it and I will most definitely be back to see him!his boss, on the other hand, is rude, annoying, and straight up disrespectful. it took everything in me not to pop off and slap him!!! he kept interrupting me and talking over me which caused me to have to repeat my order 4 times…. the “boss” here doesn’t need to be the boss without proper people skills, such as communication, LISTENING, and NOT being disrespectful?Ruben deserves to be main boss❤️
I order for delivery at 5:37 and i never received my food. I called them from 6:30pm-9:00pm and nobody answered rhe phone. I am not happy at all. If i can't get in touch with someone tomorrow i will never order form them again. I just want my money back. So messed up coulnd even get my money back telling me i had to call the delivery company but it's all good just wont order from subway again. Bad experience so upset
I just moved here from New York, and oh god, service here was top notch, very professional, and everyone it’s so nice, a very clean location, the guy that prepared my salad had being there for over 20 years, so he care for his costumers, i definitely recommend it, I’ll be returning here.
I've lived across multiple states and have never enjoyed going to a subway more than I do @ the one of Greenville. The store manager works every day and greets you with a warm welcome. I cannot emphasize enough how excellent the store experience and customer service at this location is.
Always great friendly service and their bread is the best I've ever had at any Subway. Plus it's always very clean in the restaurant. I make a point to go to this specific Subway whenever I'm craving it!
